My wife and I walked around Healdsburg looking at the menus for most of the restaurants nearby. The prices were high and the items on the menu did not make much sense. Then by accident, we found Guiso tucked away next to the Raven theater. We were greated right away and given a table. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Almost like a family dining table with the chef cooking in view of the guests. The menu has tapas style dishes and a few entrees. The food was amazing. I definitely recommend the Cubanitas sliders. By the end of the meal my wife and I were the only ones left in the restaurant on a Sunday evening. Rather than trying to rush us out so they could close the chef took the time to talk to us about the restaurant and the food for awhile before we left. We had a great experience. Thank you for a wonderful night.

Wish I could give 6 stars! Everything about our experience here was amazing. The service was warm and wonderfully friendly. The atmosphere was intimate and romantic. Its a beautiful little place. The owner came and chatted with us throughout our meal and helped us pick a phenomenal wine for our meal. A wonderful person with a wonderful staff. And the food! Just spectacular. Very creative, flavorful, with gorgeous presentations. Dont skip dessert! Its was the perfect ending to a great experience. I hope you enjoy as much as we did.

Guiso is an amazing restaurant. Ive been there four times and have not had a bad bite of food yet. It would be impossible to overrate this gem. Carlos is a very talented young chef and his food pairs perfectly with wine which may surprise people who were expecting Mexican food. You can tell that nothing but the best ingredients are used in every dish.

The ceviche with mango and calamari was so fresh and full of flavor. House salad was also good, but a bit pricy for a small serving size.
