Once again, my love of steak sunk my battleship of satisfaction. What was I thinking?? I shouldve gone with my initial craving of a spicy chicken burrito with corn tortilla. I refuse to outright judge this place until I have ACTUAL Mexican food. That being said, the steak and eggs was terrible. Toast was soggy(carry out containers = condensation) steak was dry & leathery but the hash browns were boss! I dont care that the service was slower, good food takes time. They were less than hospitable but I dont like fake niceties anyhow. They accepted money for services rendered and were direct and to the point but not disrespectful, theyre not expected to do a song and dance. I got what I went for and it only took 20 minutes. Again, time = quality, which I fully expect when I actually get traditional food. And how adorable is that little grandma in there prepping the orders!? Reminds me of grandmas kitchen, no bullcrap! "Wash your hands, eat your food and thank grandma for her time and loving detail" tangent...anyhow, Id go again.

This use to be my all time favorite place! I have been a regular customer (as in more than once a week) for a few years. The food is awesome, but the service is some of the worst I have ever seen. I do not know why they have someone who cannot understand English work the drive thru. So many errors and they become rude when you repeat or correct the mistake. Also, they have gotten extremely slow and the portion sizes have begun to shrink. Recently, I waited in the drive thru line for over 45 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me! And to add insult to injury, the order was completely wrong, again. Sadly, I am taking my money elsewhere now. I only gave this 2 stars because I truly did love the food. If the owner was smart he would keep the cooks but hire a counter crew that understands customer service as well as both English and Spanish. Until then...my business is gone...

First of all, the food here tastes very good. The major problem as I see it is the staff. The women up front (not all of them) can have a MAJOR ATTITUDE PROBLEM. I mean MAJOR. Im talking straight-up high school "Ill show you how much I hate you...just look at my face!" And god forbid you (a White person) ask a few questions not easily answered on the menu. What you get is someone who pretends they dont understand English, as Im very certain they do, just as a punitive measure (see major attitude, above). Combine this with the overall lack of cleanliness inside the restaurant and thats why you get my 2-star review. Clean the place up and fire the immature employees and youd have a 4 or 5-star restaurant!! Note- a few of the girls up front are FANTASTIC...as in always fantastic. I cross my fingers every time I go there hoping to get one of them.

I have a love / hate relationship with this location. On one hand, they have consistently great breakfast burritos that I cant get enough of. However, on the other hand their customer service is horrible. There have been more than one time that Ive decided to go into the restaurant instead of the drive-thru in the morning due to long lines of cars. When I have, I order my food (usually one or two breakfast burritos) and wait. I then see people who ordered well after me get their food before me. They get the same thing as me too! It just didnt make sense. I have asked why this is and they give me blank stares as if I am the one being rude. Its been strange. So needless to say, when I do go now, its through the drive-thru.

Had the worst experience there the other night. Im usually a regular patron that orders there often, but not after my last visit. I had a very racist younger man, and older women who served me. They snickered the entire time I was there and I couldnt phathom why. I got home to eat my enchiladas with the asada and I was served up enchiladas caked with american cheese inside and battered with huge amounts of sour cream. I dont want to even associate with the restaraunt any more. Im not a racist man nor did I deserve their obvious intentions to serve me an overly white dish because of my skin color. Sadly dissapointed, I threw their gesture straight in the trash where it belongs. Thumbs down.

Pros: Food is cheap and portions are big. Two burritos ran me about $11 total Flan was $3 Burritos were about the size of a Subway footlong Cons: The burritos are okay, the wait is long, and the flan is a disaster. I had the Breakfast burrito and my husband had a chicken burrito. Neither dish was anything special. The lobby was nearly empty, but we still waited half an hour for our food. I could not imagine the wait on a busy day. The food here is definitely not worth the wait Finally, the flan...oh God! It was somehow dry around the edges. How do you dry out a custard!? It was also very lumpy. The consistency was like cottage cheese. I took two bites and threw it out.

Breakfast burrito is so good! Line is slow but its better than fast food. But I wont be back, 2 stars because I ordered 2 burritos and asked for 2 red sauces and 2 green. She said, "yes, its in the bag". I got 2 red and only 1 green. Next time I went, the exact same thing from the same lady! I try a third time but only ordered 1 burrito. I asked for 2 red and she again says its in the bag but I only got 1. The last 3 times I went, I asked for the sauce I wanted and then was lied to my face. I had to pull around to park and go inside and dish up my own sauce and tell the lady she messed up again. I wont be back as long as she is there. Taco trucks are better anyway.

For the price you pay, you dont get the proper amount of food. Or even what you ordered. I had. The burrito plate, they were out of rice, which would have been ok if I was told, but No I found out after I got home. The burrito was small " like McDonalds small" and everything was cold. I stay in a motel 500 feet from the place so travel time is not an issue. I feel cheated and maybe because Im not Mexican was an issue. Im not sure. The front counter person wasnt very friendly, but she might have had a bad day. Anyway I will not visit again. Bad experience all the way around. Sorry for the one star, I would give less if I could.

I normally use the drive through here when I decide to get a large breakfast. Portion sizes are generous and Ive yet to have a negative experience with the food. My only complaint would be the wait, which is unfortunately a common issue. However, the quality of the food tells me that it is made to order everytime and as such I cant complain too much about the wait times. Edit: The only other complaint I would have would be the out of place "tip" section on the bill. It is a little odd to tip in a drive through and even more odd to tip prior to receiving the food.
