hadnt been here for several months, but stopped in Friday and shared the steak and shrimp bowl - awesome black beans and rice with tomato salsa built in and topped with fresh avocado slices and grilled zuccinni, steak and shrimps!! Enuf for both hubby and myself with large bowl of chips but what was the best surprise was the new pineapple salsa! Im not sure how many little cups we devoured but it wound up on nearly every bite....amazing blend of fresh onions, fresh pineapple (texture of those together was delightful), cool and refreshing from sitting on ice as they do there. I think the bite was jalapenos but couldnt see them - entirely yellow and white salsa, and probably lime juice. I may even attempt to add this to my salsa recipes at home. But definately will be going back to Baja Fresh to try another of the Bowls!

The app made me pick a star I pick no star Management to blame teaching employees is what makes a great restaurant. This manager after being confronted with an order that was full of tomatoes with very small amount of chicken and maybe table spoon of guacamole . Said I must have ordered something else of course it was a Togo order not likely to drive back . So many more restaurants with good management. Baha fresh I will never return . And for others that take out open your burritos before you leave!!!

Had never been to Baja fresh and got the Baja burrito with steak. Was really pleased with it and really liked the salsa bar. Also got chips and guacamole and pleased that it seemed to be real gauc from actual avocado and not the paste crap you get other places. My friend liked her food too, though she admittedly found the Baja bowl more spicy than shed have liked. She can only tolerate the mildest of spice though. (Cant stand Indian food because of spice) friendly staff. Clean environment.

Well, I wish I could say you get what you pay for- but I cant. You can spend much less and get much better food elsewhere. Take the drive to East Vancouver to La Catedral, or into Portland to ?Por Que No? Taqueria! I do have to say though, the service is quite good. Even though theyre serving microwaved Mexican food, these folks are happy and take good care of you. So if you just want to eat some chips and get a smile, go for it.

We sat for 20 minutes waiting for food that was never cooked. When we asked, they said they didnt know what happened, but they would start cooking it. 10 minutes later, they still had not begun cooking our food. We asked for our money back and left. No one apologized, nor did the manager come out to address us. All they could say is "I dont know" when we asked what happened. Overall, a rotten experience.

First and last visit. Took 15 minutes for them to make two items. One of them a veggie burrito which had stake folded into it. That is unacceptable. Basic food service is to not have cross contamination. The people didnt care and didnt offer to replace or refund. Overall service was cold.

They gave me food poisoning steak and shrimp burrito. Their health food score suck as I found out and I have eaten there 3 times a week for over a year. Trying to eat healthy. When my daughter called the manager, he had a cavileer attitude. Hurry up chipotle

Pretty good American style Mexican food (like Moes or Willys) where you can finish off your order with various salsas and toppings from their bar. The parking at this location is a bit crummy given how you access the place, but its not terrible.

the original cashier messed up our order, but the manager went out of his way to make it right, even remaking both our order when only one had a problem, then giving us coupons good on our next visit! way to save the store from a bad review!!

We eat here often. Restaurant is clean. Staff is friendly. Food is consistent. Not much more you can say about a chain restaurant. You know what to expect. The food is not frozen and the salsa bar is great.
