Excellent authentic Mexican food. This is the cleanest nicest Mexican food joint in Ukiah. I eat here a lot. Its not a huge restaurant, but can accommodate big groups easily. Usually not too busy, with very friendly staff. The Palma Burrito is a crowd favorite. Select the grilled chicken as your meat type for some extra flavor. Its actually more flavorful than the carne asada. I would recommend going here for lunch instead of dinner. Sometimes the dinner crew can be slow. Update: the service here has been really really slow lately. New wait staff seem to be causing excessive delays and order issues. It might be good to avoid if youre in a hurry.

Stopped by on our way through, but unfortunately had to leave after an hour of waiting and no food. The poor waitress was alone and overwhelmed, so I dont blame her for not checking in on us, refilling it waters or chips, or even letting us know its be a while, but we had somewhere to be and people who had arrived before us still didnt have their food. Weirdly, people who arrived after us did get their food and finish and leave. They really need a second waitress in there and a streamlined kitchen.

The food here was absolutely delicious! My buddies and I stopped in on a road trip, and it ended up getting swamped while we were waiting for our checks. Unfortunately, they only had one waitress on staff at the time and the poor girl was struggling to keep up. Would recommend!
