Service: 5/5 -- Ive never had a bad customer service experience here. Food: 5/5 -- Great quality food for the price! DOES NOT DISAPPOINT Price: 4/5 -- Ive seen some complaints about price, especially on drinks. They encourage the use of their reusable cups that are very large and only cost 99 cents to refill. And yes the food can be a bit pricey for what it is, but its FRESH! Atmosphere: 5/5 The atmosphere is nothing special, but its clean, and modern, nice for a quick bite.

Ok. So. Normaly, i would give given this place a solid 4.75 out of 5 if i could. HOWEVER, a medium drink almost set me back four years on my retirment plan. I understand that i am paying for the luxury of not having to do dishes, but if im to continue eating at this great establishment, with excellent staff, I will have to become the CEO of Amazon to afford your medium drinks.

This was the first time in a very loooong time that this store got my entire order right on the first try. Food was well prepared and tasty. Im rating them higher today than I would have 10 days ago when I had to wait 25 minutes for them to get it ALL wrong. One in a row... Perhaps a trend? Well see.

The cashier was so sweet, it was my first time at a baja and i couldnt be more pleased. Friendly service, great menu selection, great salsa selection. The place was very clean. I ordered shrimp tacos with a side of black beans and rice and I loved it.

The cashier seemed mildly annoyed that I chose to patronize their business that day. Added to that was El Squeegee doing the windows creating annoying squeaking sounds made me yearn for chalkboard scratching sounds as that would have been more pleasant.

Coupons get you pooped on. They make smaller burritos when you use gift cards. Also if you do the receipt survey to get your free pronto guacamole, they get mad at you. More like Baja-mbug...
