The food is good, the service not so much, everytime I go in the lady is txtn on her phone, she doesnt even look up, she just says "Here for a pick up?" I replied no here for lunch. After a few minutes of sitting in booth waiting on her to wait on me! I placed my menu away from me at edge of table so she would know Im ready, yet she ignores me n proceeds to clean off the one dirty table next to me, I thought ok shell go take stuff, set it down n come take my order, nope she continues to unload the tray of dirty dishes. I guess most who frequent her establishment have all the time in the world for her to finish her txtn n cleaning before being concerned with her customers, I dont have that time..so I got up and left wont be going back. The same thing happens more times than not, when I do stay n have the patients to wait on her to wait on me, everytime after eating I then literally have to flag her down to get my check! Very Frustrating!! I drove down road a bit went inside got greeted w/smile, waited on w/in a minute, before I was finished with my meal I was asked if I was ready for my check, Now Thats Service! Bye Bye Swans your food is good but ur Customer Service needs polishing! I onlyrecommend if you "HAVE TIME to Wait!

I wouldnt even leave one star. This places ridiculous. Im not one bit racist, but the lady that answers The phone doesnt even hardly speak English she cant take ur order right and its very frustrating.you cant even make ur own plate with what u want on it.even some of the worst places Ive been too let u make ur own plate. I just wont be going back, was VERY dissapointed.such a struggle for high priced mediocre American-Chinese food.if you wanna go to swans,be ready to have restrictions on the plate and none on your wallet.

Great food, decent service, friendly staff. Some of the past reviews are correct, the waitress does take a while to get to you so know that going in. The building looks rundown from the outside but the inside looks well kept. I will be frequenting Swan as a customer in the future.

Really good food at cheap prices. Good options with some American dishes. Nice friendly staff that sometimes gets overwhelmed and neglects customers which can increase wait time. Definitely worth a stop if passing through Sweet Home.

Really good food. Sometimes it takes a while to get the food but its worth the wait. I can only think of one Chinese restaurant where Ive had better food, and even then it might be a toss up. Id go here once a week if my wife me.

We waited an hour for our food. About ten to go orders went out the door during that time. A table that arrived a half hour after us was served before us. Service is terrible. Would not recommend.

Good, one time I found a long black hair in my food, and another time, I was ignored by waitress while I sat there untill I left, other than those two experiences ther were pretty good
