Have eaten at the new Corvallis store three times now. The first two times our experience was good. On the third, not so much. My wife, grandson, and myself went on the evening of July 7th, around 6:15. There were four people sitting at a table, one person in line ahead of us, and one was behind us - so it wasnt a terribly busy night. They were low on several of the entrees that we were interested in and rather than having it getting cooked in anticipation of running out they waited until there was none left to inform the cook so he could cook more. As a result, he was having to prepare more of several of the entree items at the same time. My wife wanted to get the broccoli and beef, her favorite, but it looked terrible. The broccoli was so desiccated looking that no one would have ordered it - so it sat there getting even more dried out. Nothing is more unappetizing than a container full of dried out looking vegetables. During all of this one of the two counter gals went to take a break and was told to get back to work by the cook. All in all we waited about ten minutes to get the things we had ordered. When we got home our grandsons order of Samurai Surf and Turf was all turf, no surf. We have had two good experiences here prior to this one and were surprised and disappointed by what happened this last time. It appears they need more help in the cooking and monitoring areas. We will give them another chance but if this had been our first experience with them we likely wouldnt be going back a second time.

I do not know why Alice is still working there...I had very bad experience with her about two years ago. She is dishonest, and unfriendly. I want to use my giftcard and she told me there is no balance left. when I come back home and check it, it shows a balance.. I think she should be fired a long time ago...Since she is back in this restaurant, I am not going there anymore...

This is a go to feed option. I can split like about a $9 entry between me and grandma and we both are stuffed. They are known for their orange chicken and it is good. I did the the walnut shrimp and that was awesome. I like to check out what was freshly made but the standard order is a plate with chicken, Beijing Beef and chow mein noodles.

I Ordered Terriki chicken and rice. The terriki chicken was not cooked all the way so they had to take it back and the rice was so under cooked too the point I couldnt even enjoy it. My friend and I that ordered the terriki chicken got sick later that evening.

Go ahead, walk inside. Yes, theyre really open. Youll be first in line whatever the time. If bottom rung Chinese is your thing then this is your place. Id pick them vs. McDonalds anytime, if you get my drift.

Worst food ever!! I am from Colorado and I really thought all Panda Express where the same food . I will never eat here again . Very poor customer service and just all around bad service .

The employees dont even pretend like they want to be there or help you. Customer service positions suck, but you have to try just a little. The food was mediocre at best, and lukewarm.

We often have to wait in a long line here. Parking can be difficult as the large parking lot is shared with many other businesses. Food is typical of all Panda restaurants.

Their workers there are really nice except Alice. I did a survey online and she confronted me, a customer, about it. Insanely rude and she is terrible at her job.
