4-18-09 Chips and salsa were quite good. Service was exceptional, but there was a problem communicating. I wanted to know if I could just get the Kempers root beer without getting an ice cream float - I said, "Could I just get the Kempers root beer?" as I pointed to the item on the menu. I got the float. I was going to order the chicken fajitas. Apparently, I got distracted and mistakenly ordered the shrimp fajitas - I NEVER order shrimp. Both my brother and brother-in-law said that I DID ask for the shrimp when they brought the order to me. I reluctantly ate it. In retrospect the texture and body of the shrimp did not appear to be cooked real well. As it turns out, less than three hours later I found myself letting loose at BOTH ends - vomitting with extreme diarrhea. The vomiting only lasted until 6:30 AM the next morning; diarrhea lasted another 18 hours or so. The highest my fever got that I measured was 101F. Needless to say...I wont be back!!!!

My family and I have lived in Canby going on 10 years. This is the only place we come for Mexican food. Very friendly staff, and I love the way they ALWAYS remember us. Everything on the menu is good. Kids enjoy there Roy Rogers. The drinks are the BEST in town. Very family oriented and its wonderful that they support our local community.

I have been visiting this restaurant for almost 20 years and I have never been disappointed in the food or service! The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. I can afford to bring the whole family to eat here and everyone has a great time. I am planning to have my 45th birthday dinner here tonight!

Also whoever gives this place a bad review, I guess your entitled to your own opinion..... even if its wrong! Lets put it this way, I always tip at least 10$ when I go here.

Food was only OK. Very poor experience with a service staff. After having the server spill water AND the salsa all over my shirt (white I might add) there wasnt even an apology let alone an offer of compensation for the dry cleaning bill that will be required.....serious lack of customer service.

We have eaten her for some time. Recently, the food seemed to go down hill, My Chile Raeno had only a 3rd of a chile in it and tasted awefull. I mention this to the server and he gave some lame excuse still charged full price to my dissatisfaction. We won;t be back

Good typical Mexican food with a friendly staff. Only issue is their "Drivers" (non-alcoholic) section of the adult beverage menu. They understand Virgin Margarita, but not Drivers Margarita. Makes a difference for some people whether AA or medical restrictions.

The food portion per dollar is very fair and the food tastes great! The Los Derados Special with Steak/Shrimp was fantastic. The steak seemed like it was cooked via a whole charcoal method which added a natural smokey flavor.

This place sucks they got our order wrong twice. The food was burned. The sea food cocktail i asked for cold and they brought it hot and its way over priced your better off going to taco bell!!!!!!

Tortilla Soup is the best Ive had outside of Mexico and I have yet to find anyone who disagrees. Fajitas, salsa, sopes are all rich, tasty and great bang for the buck as well.
