The food is really good, but theyre really understaffed, always. If there are more than a five people prepare to wait. Its been about twenty minutes since we finished eating. Still waiting on the bill. And flan! Oh my god the flan takes forever! Ive eaten here twice and both times we ordered flan with or main meal, so it would arrive faster. The quickest out of the two times was about ten minutes after we finished our food. The waitress was really nice and apologetic though. Overall a pretty good place to eat.

Went to get a breakfast burrito and watched a bunch of liquid spill off the shelf onto the grill. The cook brushed more off. I could hear the water sizzle as it hit the grill. I asked the lady running the front, what is the liquid pouring off the shelf? She said water. Perplexed, I asked from where? She said the sky. Its the friendly staff and authentic, tasty food made from fresh ingredients that makes Vaquero Express stand out from the rest. Whether dining-in or taking out, the food is served in a timely manner and is always hot and fresh. All items are reasonably priced, with daily specials.

Dining at Vaquerro express brings you back to old Mexico with the singing chef and the friendly waitress. Most of all the authentic Mexican food. Very tasty and priced so reasonable !! Weve been here several times. Make us feel like were south of the border. Highly recommend this place ♡♡♡

I eat here almost everyday! (as I live close by) If you savor genuine Mexican cuisine, then give this eatery a try. They have great American breakfasts and even hamburgers, but the chile relleno and chicken quesadillas are my favorites.

Best dang mexican food around service can be a little slow only a few servers but outside of that amazing way better than the copy and paste meals you seem to get else where and if it is copy and paste here the flavor far surpasses the others

Excellent food. We didnt do the $0.99 Taco Tuesday special, but instead had pollo chimichanga and bean cheese burrito. The burrito was on par, but the chimichanga was beyond stellar.
