Very greedy and horrrible customer service..... Long time customer, called to order dinner...one order for 3 people...spent about $30 in food and at the time of receiving my order they only gave me one little bag of chips and one little salsa...asked for another two little bags of chips for the other people I picked up food for and they refused.... the girl said they only give one bag of chips per order....but I order food for 3 people what makes no sense...things have change tons I think they went out of their way to save a few cents than care for their business reputation and customer satisfaction....I guess I will have to put 3 separate orders or get every one ordering to pick up their own food so they can get a little bag of chips each....I cant believe how cheap of them that is....

Every time I go here the owner is super rude... I know he is busy and I know how hard his job is. I myself was a cook at the Double Tree by Hilton in Rohnert Park. Let me tell you, I know busy. But I would never consider treating customers (especially loyal ones like myself) the way he does. Its every time! His attitude SUCKS. Time and time again, I brush it off and give the benefit of the doubt. But basically tonight he told me his restaurant had enough business and didnt need mine. If you cant handle a dinner rush buddy, you are in the wrong business. Maybe you dont care anymore. Consider passing it on to a younger more resillant owner. Good food, rotten owner

The greatest food on Santa Rosa Avenue great people nice clean facilities beautiful Charming owner is a five star cook family-owned great for the night out are with family great prices excellent excellent food !!! not too long ago I called them and asked them if they would help me with my wifes birthday and they were awesome Reserve table everything they took care of it all it was a wonderful night wife had happy tears I got A plus great place!!!!

If I could give them a 0 I would food is o.k but customer service is very bad if youre Latino. I sat there for 40min and not once was I asked if I needed anything while they where going around asking everyone else. Worse experience ever I will not be going back again. Sad to know that there are people that discriminate agains their own race. I wanted to go back and take my tip out of their tip container I should of.

We had a trip to Mexico tonight! La Plazas interior is surrounded by greenery and happy decorations. We were so pleased with the main event: THE FOOD. I had carnitas that were delicious. Do try the 4x4 burrito and plan to take some home with you. The owner surprised us with a beautiful melon drink in crystal glasses and pink and yellow straws. We loved THE FOOD and the price is something to love as well.

I believe it was the owner who served my partner and I on our anniversary last night. Older gentleman was so nice and seemed to know just what to recommend, and used terms to relate to use on a personal level. Food was cooked by his wife and absolutely delicious. Wonderful friendly experience and I will most definitely be back for another visit

My family and I have been going to this restaurant since I was about 10. It has never changed the taste of the food!! Its always delicious! The horchata is so refreshing! And everyone who works there welcomes you, so comforting! You can literally watch the cooks as they prepare your food !! Best place for authentic Mexican food!

Food is decent. Customer service is lacking unless you get the main guy or lady who I believe are the owners in which case service is great. I usually order to go for lunch or dinner which is usually finished in 20-30 minutes. Prices are average. I posted a few pictures of the menu for viewing pleasure.

After a long hard day of work Mexican food sounded good, I was very surprised how good it was, the chips and salsa were even good. The service was unbelievable, the owner even came out and made a special desert plate for me to try. I will definitely be back every time Im in town.

Best taco salads in town! The meats are very fresh and are delivered by local butchers shops. The owner Ed is super friendly and makes sure you are 100% satisfied with your meal. I am so happy I found this place and I will be a repeat customer for life!

La plaza has the best food. Everything on the menu is delicious flavorful and fresh. This place is a gem to santa rosa, the staff is always friendly and inviting. To top it off they have a 5 star health rating, what more could you ask for.

Was looking for a restaurant and decided to to stop here. We are Glad we did. We had the nor Cal tacos, super quesadilla and the taquitos. They were all very good and great customer service. We will be back again.

Spent $10 on a burrito. When I go pick it up, everything falls out. Now it is a super salad. Nice job cant even wrap a burrito for $10... sorry I am just disappointed right now...
