Really garbage experience just ruined it for me. On friday, (07/24/15) I cruised into the drive through of this location. It was busy, 6+ cars ahead of me and that was no issue. Place my order for a XXL grilled stuffed combo with steak and large Pepsi, I am told the total is $8.25 via the screen and told to pull forward for the total via the order taker. I pull to the window, and hand the gal $10.00. Her name is grace r. She works the drive through window a lot. She takes my $10.00 and proceeds to hand back seven dollars and change, I say "oh hey, thats not right. My food costed more then that." She panics a bit and calls for others to come help her fix it on the screen. 4 other employees look at it and then one asses the issue and says "just add the more till you get the correct total." So then Im charged $6.54 for the meal and grace hands me back $0.46 and my food. I stare and say again "hey this isnt right either, I gave you a ten dollar bill and this isnt $9.56 worth of food." She pauses for a moment and asks if I needed more sauce. I shake my head and drive away, being that I am already late to go pick up my girlfriend from the train station. Now all that could have been no big deal but this is where my fury is really set up : I have gone to this drive through at least once a day for a looooong time now. I love taco bell food and usually never have any issues. So when I called back to and asked for a manager I got grace on the phone, now I had no clue she was the one I just had the ordeal with so I just asked for a manager and briefly explained the debacle. I was told that a manager would be a long shortly and placed on hold. After 2 min or so I was picked up and hung up on. I thought "huh must have been a mistake, maybe a phone issue." I called back and reached grace again, this time, she was altering her voice to sound lower, (really lady?) I asked for the manager and was told by her that she was in fact the manager. I said great, explained I wasnt upset but just wanted my correct change (all of $1.29) and would like to be able to come back in a bit and get said change, I was hung up on. I called again and was hung up on once more. This was really aggravating and depressing, not only can I not trust my money to this place again but I cant trust them to make it right with me after they made a mistake. I wasnt rude, I didnt scream or threaten anyone I just wanted her till to be spot on and my correct change back. Instead I was shown that this persons pride, incompetence, and pitiful attempt to duck out of a legitimate error on her part would mean they would neglect any and all forms of customer service. Shame on you, Ill be sending a copy of this to youre customer relations department directly.

Sitting waiting in the drive thru to place my order at about 10:10pm. Drive thru sign was on and I had checked online to see this location is normally open until midnight. Then all the lights just shut off and someone comes waltzing out to turn the drive thru open sign off. Every time Ive accidentally come across a fast food restaurant who has closed, they politely tell me theyre closed over the intercom instead of just shutting off the lights on me. I use to come here at least once a week but with continual bad service I refuse to come to this establishment ever again. They constantly mess up your order and this experience is the final straw.

This our local taco bell and we have come to realize that this particular one is incapable of getting any drive thru order correct, 7 out of ten times our order has been wrong. Sadly I dont think the staff care about this particular location cause they blatantly try not to care and argue with you when you try to fix your order. So here I am for the 6-7 time eating hard shell tacos when I order soft shell because I have been beaten into submission from having to go inside this establishment to fix, corporate I hope you read this because you need to clean house on your staff. This one is fubar

VERY unprofessional and immature working environment... My so-called "supreme" burritos were as big as my pencil in my car. I ordered and it took over 25 minutes...so much for fast-food. If you are truly desperate and need food and this is the last place on earth, just let your time come. Never going here again.

They hardly ever mess up my order. The foods always hot and tasty. Updated Im changing my review theyve been messing up my order a lot lately and their soda often time states like the forgot the syrup. While the food is good Ive been getting annoyed about how often they mess up our order 8/17

Taco Bell is my absolute favorite fast food, but this location is not good. It often times takes twenty minutes or more to get your food. If you order something special, like no tomatoes, check it before you leave! They also seem forget an item or two frequently.

They either are only half listening or theyre only half reading. I always order steak quesadillas and most of the time they give me chicken. Today I ordered 2 steak quesadillas and I got 1 steak 1 chicken... their quality assurance needs work.

I like Taco Bell, and this place was no exception. I went inside but the drive-thru seemed the most popular option; there was a constant line-up, so the food took a bit, but it was tasty. Not the cleanest, but the staff were friendly enough.

Went for a quick bite. Was at lunch time so hard to get in and out. Road congestion. Food was quick, customer service good. People ahead of us paid it forward and bought our lunch. Thank you who ever you are.

Crowded oftentimes, the food is good. But, sometimes to noisy to carry on a conversation. Four stars only if you are there at their peak, usually Lunchtime, between 11:00 and 1:30, Five stars every other time.

What happened to 2am or later?????? Its a taco bell motto and you cant even uphold that standard...nothing worse than a cheap franchise owner...if you skip on the values...what else are you skimping us on?

Pretty good service, usually a line around mealtimes, and the drive thru situation is a mess, but they make up for it with good employees who will serve you professionally, and with a smile.

Service was ok. Food was a good price and tasted good. It seemed to take a little longer to get my order for the amount of customers that were there. It didnt seem that busy.
