Such a great experience! :) The food here is always good, but the service is my favorite thing. Everyone is always nice and the store clearly trains their staff well on customer service (or at least hires people who are already good at it) but today Eli really blew me away. I came in during the dinner rush and everyone was clearly super busy and rushed, yet he handled my order with the same excellent service and courtesy as though I was the only person in the store. As someone who has worked as a customer service trainer in organizations, I know excellent customer service when I see it, and Eli knocked it out of the park. So GREAT JOB!! Both to Eli, and the people who hired him! :)

Called in veggie pizza with Italian Cheeze bread, incorrect pricing over the phone was given and had to pay upfront more than what I thought I was buying. Extremely disappointed ! Also they refused to give me free breadsticks when my dad works at intel (they give free breadsticks to intel employees upon badge), but he was unable to drive cause he had a broken arm . I thought his badge like iv done before to get free breadsticks but this time I was greeted with No, so Im quite upset and will go elsewhere .

When this location first opened, it was great, clean place lots of cheese and pepperoni on the pizza. Not sure what changed, this place no longer is satisfying. Tonight was the worst, when we found a dog hair in our pizza. I called the manger, who apologized and offered another pizza; no thanks! I think Ill just stick with Papa Murphys, at least its some what fresh!

In terms of fast food pizza this is my favorite. I have personally never had a problem with freshness. Special orders are normally ready in about 10 minutes. If you are from San Francisco it reminds me a bit of Blondies...

What I like is the $5 special. You cant beat that. Of course, you also need to take a multi-vitamin and blood pressure medicine if you eat the $5 special too often, but a once in a while family treat its great.

The kids love to drive by and wave at Caesarman! The pizza is great, especially for the value! We can feed a family of 4 for only $13.99, 2 pizzas, crazy bread and a 2 liter. Love it!!
