We went to the BCP in West Olympia. I will start by saying that the food was great. My hubby is a Ciliac and I was thrilled that they had a Gluten-free option for him. However, the service was terrible. I could have just been out waitress. We waited over 40 min to get our food (and the place was not busy) our server didnt come and refill our drinks or apologize at all during that time-frame. Then parts of my meal were forgotten and had to be fetched. We had to flag down someone three times to help us. I have never in my life left less than an a 20% tip, but I left this lady 5% with a note to let her know why I had done so. If you work for your money I will gladly pay you more than you expect, when you do not do your job and others need to pitch their valuable time in then you will be paid what you have earned.

If you like waiting 45+ minutes after you order, and watch multiple other parties who came in well after you get their food first - then this is the place for you!!!! the first time this happened to our party of two we figured it was just an off day. The second time this happened we decided not to come back. We came here because its just down the road from work and theoretically should be quick .... Then after 45 min the waitress comes to tell me they made my order wrong and would be another 4-5 minutes. The order I confirmed twice with her when i put it in! needless to say I was so late getting back from lunch I had to stay later at work to make up the time.

The food is great but the inside not so much. Tables were not clean. They dont have take out boxes for people, they literally have two rolls of tin foil for people to use, works great for pizza but not for the rest of their Menu. Their employees dont seem to have a clue as to what they are doing, it took forever for them to figure out where orders were supposed to go even though they give you a number to place at your table while you wait. If you choose to dine here, having it delivered is a better choice.

Looks can be deceiving. On first glance this appears to be a former Pizza Hut restaurant remodelled. And the remodelling was pretty basic. They have respectable number of beers on tap. But the pizza is straightforward and pretty damn tasty. We had the The Brewmaster (think deluxe) and we were surprised how good it was. The sauce was delicious, the crust was crispy and not too doughy and the toppings generous.

Im giving a low star because the customer service was so horrible we couldnt even be sat. Walked in and seemed as if they may have had a group. Not one single soul came to ask if we needed help or anything. We got totally IGNORED. We seen two employees sitting right by the door eating who looked and turned away avoiding us. Were new to the area and this was right up the street. So we walked out.

Excellent food and service for 20 years. However, the recent change to $15 min order for delivery makes no sense when they give you $13.95 coupons. With the $2 delivery charge, taxes, and the $2 additional gratuity that I give the driver, it comes to $20 every time. So, why do this, BCP? Gave up trying to order tonight as the online form refused to allow me to order.

One of the better pizza places Oly and probably the best that delivers. Really good meats and cheese steal the show. Surprisingly good smokey bacon cheeseburger. Like really good. Fries get soggy when delivered but not much anyone can do about that. Good pasta options and a few better than average beers rounds out this local fave.

This place just sucks. Their pizza is gross and overpriced for the amount of toppings you get. They are 30 minutes late on an order for pickup and then offer me water while I wait another 20 additional minutes. Their pizza tastes like that crap youd buy from the walmart deli.

Really good pizza, original... Jalapeño poppers pizza anyone??!!(havent brought anyone who hadnt LOVED it, just the perfect amount of heat) 25 once craft beers, and everyone can see the game wherever you are sitting, and the prices are very fair.... No downside to this one!

The food is, at best, mediocre. The pizza crust is nothing special, the cheese is greasy junk, the other toppings taste no better than what one might find on frozen pizza. The pasta ... Bland to meh! The service is tops and this, from the food on, a family friendly place.

The capitol blvd Brewery City is the only one we eat at. This is the only pizza we order. The crust is great, good toppings, nice employees, fast service. We usually go for dinner but bcp has good lunch specials plus pasta and sandwiches. Great place to eat.

Tastes like little ceasers.. Called.. Told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. Got here 30 minutes after calling. Told it would take another 10 minutes. Really took another 30 minutes. Didnt know making one medium pizza would take 1hr. Wasnt worth the wait.

First folks in for lunch at 1130 and the table and chairs were dirty from yesterday. Window sills food all over. Everything needs cleaning. Waited 45 minutes for a veggie wrap. Crazy place for lunch if you work. Not to mention just dirty.

The club med is one of the best sandwiches ever. Dont get the hero, the description makes it sound like a better sandwich but it is definitely not. Get the club med with fries and a side of ranch, it is amazing. You wont be disappointed.

Great little pizza shop that the locals attend for sports events and celebrations. Employees are really friendly and the manager is great! If you need pizza and want a nice little place to sit down, rest and drink youve found the spot.

Meh... Its okay. There wasnt anything special there that would draw me back. The layout of the restaurant was kind of like what you would see at a mall food court. The food was okay, it was par for pizza joints, like Figaros.

I have been going to BCP for a long time. The quality is superb and the pasta ia phenomenal. The chicken carbonara is the best and the salads are well done. The specialty pizzas and crusts are perfection.

Good food and its usually quiet. Pasta, salads, pizza, and foil by the forks for a leftover slice or two. Good tap selection as well
