Horrible customer service Shawn talked rude to customer on phone didnt pay attention to what they were ordering totally pulled the phone away & yelled at another employee to get her cell phone then told customer on phone she didnt get any of the order, all this took place while I was paying for my order. Once she got off the phone she rudely yelled the order to other employee then turned back around to customers in Lobby & gestured finger gun to her head.

Been on hold for almost a half an hour. Tried calling from another phone thinking they may have forgotten me. They picked up and hung the phone right up on me. They have lost my business and anyone else I can tell. You dont treat customers this way and expect to stay in business. If this were my store, I would fire the whole staff and start over!!

Awful customer service . Called and they put me on hold for over 12 minutes. Called back no answer for over half hour . Every time I go in its the wrong order. They have stupid uneducated employees and I always have friends and family who want to have this pizza but its almost not worth the crappy service.

Thank you Brandon and Justin...Lots of pizzas brought to the elementary school in Tenino today! You guys were spot on with timing, correct order, great hot pizzas and you even helped me to the car with all of them! Cant get better customer service than that! See you next time!

The woman taking out order was so rude I walked out, telling my boyfriend we should go somewhere else. He went through with the order after I walked, was charged 11$ for a pepperoni with pinapple, then we get home and the pizza nor the bread sticks were cooked all the way

Unlike some of the other comments, Ive never had a bad experience at this location. I usually get multiple pizzas and sides, and my order is always done in 10 minutes or less. Customer service is great! Ive never encountered a rude employee. Id definitely recommend.

Horribly understaffed, slow and they never answer the phone so you always have to go in and wait for 20 minutes because they hardly ever have more than 2 people working there and none of them move quickly. DONT GO HERE!

Stepped outside to smoke a cigarrette and the guy there brought my order out to me I have never had anyone do that for me on top of it he said it would be done in about 10 minutes and it was he was polite as well

Dont go to this store, the night supervisor has a cocky attitude plus if you order crazy bread, chease bread instead of getting the marinara sauce thats supposed to come with it for free they try charging you
