This was a very frustrating experience for me. I went in with high hopes - and I left never wanting to go back. There wasnt any aspect of this experience that made me feel good about the business. I had a Groupon. I realize there are people that are going to pass judgment because I was only paying "1/2" price, but the Groupon is out there to bring business into the organization - and a good experience will usually result in subsequent full priced visits. Upon arrival, the man behind the counter (after reading the reviews, I assume he was the owner) was very impersonal. He did not greet me - or say anything for that matter. I moved past my first impression, and I continued with my order. After placing the order, he said $17.98. I explained that we had a Groupon, and he went into some explanation of the charges, and I thought maybe I had misunderstood and because the Groupon cost $17.50 and had a $35 value, he really only meant .48 cents. I gave him my card, and after I received my receipt, I realized that he had charged me $17.98. I asked him about this - and he said there were two Groupons, opened the till and gave me $15. I knew that he was still $2.98 short on what he owed back to me, but I didnt feel like the hassle - so I let it go. We decided to eat in - and because there was a birthday party that was occupying the entire restaurant (it really isnt big at all), we went and waited outside. It took nearly an hour for our pizza to be done. In fact, I think that they forgot to make our order. There was a small party that came in after us, who received their food 25 minutes before us. It was then that a young female employee asked what wed ordered. She assured us she would check. Our pizza came out 25 minutes later WITHOUT our breadsticks. We were several minutes into pizza before we received our breadsticks - and they were not thoroughly cooked. The pizza was decent, but did NOT make up for the poor experience. Perhaps, the most frustrating part about this experience was the lack of apology. I feel like every part of this experience was awful - and I never went to go back. This is one of those nightmare stories that I will share many times. Not to mention, having to sit outside made the experience 10x worse given the excessive wind, along with the flies and bees that would not leave our food alone. Had there been some customer service - I think the experience could have been improved at least 50%. For now, I give them a zero.

My boyfriend and I shared, I dont remember what the name was exactly, a pizza with chicken, feta, mozzarella, canadian bacon, bacon, and red onions. Ordered normally, it comes with an alfredo base, but we requested marinara instead. It was one of the best pizzas Ive ever had! The pizza toppings were full-bodied and delicious. The crust was crispy with a slight chew, and the flavor was neither overwhelming, nor underwhelming--very mild, yet flavorful. They had just the right amount of marinara! A lot of places use too much sauce, or a marinara thats too acidic and it overwhelms all the toppings and cheese, but this complemented all the toppings, cheese, and crust beautifully. Not to mention, we didnt even need to use napkins once we finished eating because the pizza was delightfully free of excess oil/grease. Just licked off the crumbs and we were good to go. :) We ate 3/4 of the 18" pizza in one sitting, it was so good. Not to mention, despite eating way too much in one sitting, the pizza was so surprisingly light that neither one of us had tummy aches. ;D Will gladly visit again soon!

Great pizza! We had the Veggie Pestto. It was a thinner crust, had some chew to it and good flavor. Toppings were all tasty, but a good pie lays in the crust. I also had some wings, they were not very good. I believe they were pre-made and re-heated in the oven. The skin was not crispy and to me that what makes a wing. I liked the customer service. It wasnt a five star restaurant vibe but it was a neighborhood pizza joint vibe. The eating area was kinda messy. There was another family sitting there eating so, it made My family (wife, 6 year old and 4 month old) feel comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place but dont expect a 5 star dining experience, its a pizza joint with great pizza.

Friendly but not smarmy with to the point customer service. Crispy yet chewy crust, even after I got it home in a box. My pizza was loaded and the ingredients were quality including the cheese. The small green salad was big, fresh and crunchy. They serve delicious locally brewed beer. The dining room is pretty basic but I dont think that this is what the place is about. Hey local guides: I read through some of the reviews and a few were clearly not even related to this business. Lets do this place a favor and flag those posts for removal.

Overall the cheese steak sub and fries were decent. Unfortunately it took over 2 hours to get our full order of 2 subs and 1 burger for delivery which resulted in 2 separate deliveries . The delivery person and person we ordered with over the phone were very nice and apologetic. They offered a 10% discount for our next order which we expressed seemed unfair since we already paid for the full order. So in addition they offered us a dessert, and when the 2nd delivery came, there was no 10% coupon :(

What a pleasant wonderful surprise when I ordered a Taco Pizza 10/27/15. I love spicy food and the Taco Pizza was great! I didnt expect it to be soooooooooooooo good! WOW! The salad and spicy wings were wonderful also. Yesterday I ordered the Meat Market. I am glad I don"t live in this area or I would be in trouble! Can"t wait to get back. Most EXCELLENT Pizza. Delivered to my Hotel too! Winston. you did good. See you in Dec.

Delicious pizza with great crust quality and fresh ingredients. My pie reminded me of an authentic NY place I used to frequent, however, I think I prefer Perfect Pizza by just a hair and that now makes them my favorite pizza on the West Coast. They offer delivery, as well as, a mailer coupon from time to time which drops the price significantly. As long as they keep making top shelf pies I will be eating here!

Customer service was less than inadequate. The guy was rude and seemed in a hurry. The order came all messed up because the guy wasnt listening. The bacon on the pizza is the dried bacon bits from the store!!!! The pizza is not good. The only thing good about this place was the driver that delivered the pizza, nice guy. But I would never ever buy from this place again!!!!!

I have ate here numerous times the pizza is not any more greasy than any other pizza. We usually dine in and the owner, his wife and the people that work there have been awesome, friendly and thoughtful every time. I have also witnessed interactions between them and other customers (in most cases repeat customers) and they are always friendly. BEST PIZZA IN TOWN BY FAR.
