This is the worst burger king i have ever gone too, i went the past two days with whoppers being what my prego craving is.... Lol they have messed up my oreder both times not including they are messy an normally soggy when we they are FINALLY done making them. Plus after repeating my order a bunch of times just for it still to get messed up. Then they dont even ask what kind of soda i want for my meal they just give me coke.... Like WTF how hard is it to do your job!!!! Its only fast food.

I literally just spent 20 minutes in line there were only three cars in front of mine, when I looked inside the window I didnt see many people in there either. The lady running the drive-thru was EXTREMELY RUDE and wouldnt even let me finish my sentence before she would say (is that everything) it was an awful experience and i f I could rate 0 stars I would. Also to top it off my food was cold!

I do not know why everyone didnt give 4 to 5 stars. I moved from Portland and the difference in the quality of the food is amazing. The burgers and to DIE for based on every single other Burger King ever. Always nice, always top quality food. No other BK even touches how awesome this one is. It really seems like they care about what they do!

I have to give props to their customer service. 99% of their employees are very well trained and very polite. I come here more often than one should admit. I took 1 * off due to portion control on certain menu items.

Decent customer service. Food usually good but sometimes not hot enough. 3 stars because I went in to order the new chicken parm sandwich. They were out of sauce and let me order it not telling me they were out.

Just went through the drive through here where I ordered a chicken burger and got a hamburger. Pretty upset right now that I can only eat chicken right now and Im already too far to turn back now.

NEVER use the drive through... they can never get the order right. Service is really slow (8+ minutes to receive an order). Seems like being rude is a requirement to be a manager there.
