Three girls behind the counter on a Sunday around 6p. Not super busy. We never got waited on. Seems like all the attention went into making coffee and serving ice cream. The museum part was nothing more than a few poster/signs of chocolate, a tv playing Willy Wonka and a large sign of Lucy with a head cut out for a photo op. Completely disappointed. We walked out after waiting 15 mins for someone to come to us to take our order. The chocolate looked good but who knows if it is worth waiting. At $19.99 a lb I hope but service lacks.

Girls on the bottom floor was working very slowly. Line was almost out the door. On the brightside the icecream was good but I wouldnt come back.

The chocolate is old. When chocolate turns white it means the cocoa butter is separating. Thats what they are selling.
