Donatos Westerville South is the best example of service and courtesy to the client! I called them on 9/10/2015, ordered 2 pizzas and asked if their driver could pick up some Homemade Ice Cream from Kroger. She said: "Sure. Well help you with that." The driver comes to the door with my pizzas and the ice cream, I asked her how much it was for the ice cream and she said: "Oh, its OK, nothing." I was like: "Wow. Now it is FREE ice cream, too?" Thats exactly what I call Great Customer Service. Of course, I paid for the ice cream and I also left a $25.00 tip. Call them, they are very nice and polite, youll be glad you did. Dimitri

I called ahead for a cheese pizza. Instead of telling me there was a wait, they said "okay, well see you in 15 minutes." I paid at the drive up window, after which they told me it would be at least twenty minutes before my food was ready. Having already paid, I waited outside. When no one came out, I had to go inside and wait, with my preschooler, for another 10 minutes, at which time, the staff tried to give away our dinner to someone else at the drive up. I will never use this location again.

I have always been very impressed with this locations service! Ordered a pizza and some boneless wings yesterday. While eating my wings, I noticed that they gave me wings with bones in them which honestly was not a big deal at all. They still tasted delicious! About thirty minutes after my delivery, the delivery guy showed up again with a new order of boneless wings. He was extremely polite and apologized which again, it wasnt a big deal at all but it was so nice to receive wonderful service!

Good food. Poor service. 2nd time in 2 months we had order problems. First time wrong order was delivered. This time we ate inside and was told 10 to 15 mins. After over 20 mins I went up to ask where our order was. The manager took the order himself and put someone elses name on it even tho the receipt had the name printed on it because a debit card was used. Not worth the bother to come to this location again.

Ah, Donatos. They make my top 5 as far a pizza restaraunts go. They make one of the best pizza sauces, their thin crust is excellent, and their pepperoni is small but tasty. Also, this specific location is the perfect place to think, read and write. It is hardly ever crowded, and, minus a little backround tv noise, mostly quiet. Overall great place to go and eat.

any place is as good as the people who work there and john groti ( Manager ) has made it a best place to visit as all the employees are always happy with cause thats the kind of person he is. Religious , Kind , Generous and Old fashioned style courtesy. I wish this estaurant and john and the staff all the best and all the success for the future

First time coming to this one. Very good food. Nice manager and staff. One hooked me up with a coupon that gave me a free pizza! Score! Oh, and they actually know how to make the pizza. Subs are good too. Very clean. I walked in at 11am when they opened and I didnt have to wait or feel bad.

Love their pizza! Great sauce and fresh toppings edge to edge. Regular crust is my favorite. Service is always good whenever we go. Have tried all different types. This time I got the very veggie with grilled chicken added. Cant wait to dive in!

We like to come to this location often. Normally we call ahead when we dine in so the pizza is ready and waiting. The dining room is always clean, food delicious, and staff has always been friendly.
