Most importantly, this is NOT about the delivery guy, he was AWESOME and his boss needs to know he is VERY POLITE. However, the girl that answers the phone is ALWAYS rude. We stopped going there a little while back because of TWO times that she was so nasty, but decided to try once more, RELUCTANTLY, because its so cold and delivery options are very limited out here. Whoever the owner/ manager/franchisee is of this location should know that she just made our decision much easier to NEVER order from you again. I understand that the driver wasnt able to find us and for some reason my phone didnt ring when they called. But when I gave her the other cell number to call, he got to us very quickly, and was much kinder than she EVER thought about being. You can thank her for another family of customers lost. I would go hungry before ever having the displeasure of dealing with her again

Would have loved to tasted the triple treat box. Told it would be 40 minutes, Got there and no order.Showed staff my phone when I called,nothing.No apology,nothing , one employee even implied I called Leicester store. I again showed my phone where their number was called and I went into detail the girl said when I placed the order she had only been there three days and apologized for putting me on hold to ask questions. Guess she also forgot to put the order in!?! I called the #stored in my phone when I left thinking possibly I had phoned Leicester location....nope...it was Candler. Sad. Im disappointed in the who cares attitude with no trying at all.

Very poor service. And this isnt the first time. If they think they can get away with it sorry to say you cant, I called cooperate office and filled a complaint. I have never in my life was talked to over the phone as the so called manager spoke too me. I hope and pray she learns how too have respect for there costumers and she also learns how to speak to people over the phone. If it wasnt for costumers she wouldnt have a job. Maybe she shouldnt be a manager if she has too speak to me in that shape of matter. Please beware of the service @ 511 Smokey Park Highway Candler NC 28175! So yes I gave it one star. Food is always great. But service is crappy.

Went to their new location in the Bi-Lo shopping center. Ordered the 6 piece Honey BBQ wings. Said it would take 15-20 minutes. I waited 25 minutes so I went up to the front and asked if they were still being made. The cashier or whoever went to the back kitchen and asked. They havent even started making them yet. However, me and my friend ordered our wings at the same time and she was finished eating before they even made mine. Needless to say, if I want pizza, Ill go to Little Caesars and if I want wings, Ill go to Sonic. I spent over an hour just for wings. I also heard about 2-3 customers come in asking for a Manager.

This company is doomed to fail for negligent treatment to Pizza Hut customers. Obviously from the other pile of complaints and will ensure this location is held accountable. PIZZA HUT I will miss you as I always tipped the staff 10 to 15 on just even a single pizza which your staff at 511 smokey park highway dont care about. Anna lee I think is what she said when I was trying to explain to her that delivering 8 min away was not excessive before being told she is calling 911 and hanging up while interrupting my order for pick up. Sad day in Pizza Hut land at 511 smokey park highway

I was lied to. The told me 45 minutes to deliver a medium meat lovers. 1 hour later i called and was told they only have one driver today. They knew this when i called and should have told me that. If they told me more than an hour to deliver thats fine. But they told me 45 minutes and knew that there was no way in hell it would be on time. It finally arrived after 1 hour and 15 minutes. Of couse it was cold by the time i got it and the center of the box was crushed as well as the pizza inside. This place is a joke.... STAY AWAY

Ordered a pizza and two 2 liter soft drinks, pizza was delivered over 30 minutes late, cold and the soft drinks werent brought at all. Called and spoke with the manager, manager was extremely rude, had plenty of excuses to justify the poor service but offered no resolution. I was told the soft drinks would be brought on a second trip but the delivery guy never came back. I will never order from this location again.

I would like to thank the wonderful staff of the smoky park hwy. Pizza Hut for delivering joy to a parent and child! I called for a special request for my sons birthday, I was out of town and wanted him to be surprised they wrote a special note in the box and spelled out 18 in toppings! Thank you thank you for make both of our night special and delicious! Job well done above and beyond customer service!

I went online ordered three pizzas bread sticks and some cookie thing for it to be ready at 5:45. They messed up the entire order. They first tried to short me one pizza. Messed up the other two pizzas and forgot the cookie thing. Its been almost 20 minutes waiting. And the manager guy wasnt professional and the lady in the back wasnt wearing gloves and also wasnt wearing gloves.

I was just informed after being delivered to on 3 prior occasions that we are not eligible for delivery. This was after an issue with an item not being available. I find this grossly irresponsible and reprehensible on this businesses part. I almost feel it convenient that this happened later in the evening. That is terrible customer service.

Nothing. This is the longest I have ever had to wait on pizza. I ordered at 942 its now 1206 and my food is still not here and when I call all I get is some cocky ass prick. I will never!!!! Order from pizza hut again. By the looks of it the rates have went down over the last several months.

Very poor customer service. Placed app order for a 9:45pm pickup and didnt get pizza till 10:12pm. Several members sitting outside smoking not working or helping. Will never go back. Place used to be good, not anymore. Cashier/pizza cook was super rude, fat guy. Should be fired or punched.

I placed an order at four in the afternoon. I was told it would be delivered by 4:30. It is now 5 pm and I called to check the status. I was told "the guy just left." If that is actually accurate, my ONE pizza will be 45 minutes late. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM. NO TIP FROM ME.

I order from this pizza hut regularly. I live about 1-1.5 away, they always deliver on time to my house. The staff is kind and seems to go over and above in helping customers. It seems like per the reviews they have horrible service but rest assured they have great service.

i actually worked here and the whole time it was extremely unsanitary and lazy and halfass about everything they do. Nobody in the store can correctly take your order over the phone. please do not spend your money here, there are much better restaurants
