My 15 year old daughter bought a medium pizza and a small bread, which took 1 1/4 hours to show up. The pizza and bread were barely warm. We called and they told us that they would give us a 3 dollars credit. I talked to them and they agreed to a 7 dollar credit reluctantly. I told them they needed to replace the order. They said they would and we waited 1 1/4 hours again and called to find out where the pizza was. They said that they were closed and it would not happen. They treated us like crap and when I got mad they said they dont have to listen to me and hung the phone up. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Call Jets, or Little Ceasers They are so bad about thing if I had millions I would pay for everyones pizza to go elsewhere.BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

My pizza was raw and undercooked. It looked like they didnt even put it in the oven. The first bite I took way soggy and wet. I was so disgusted I didnt even want to go back and get another one. I chucked it up as a loss. Only good thing I can say was the service. Nice people but horrible product. It was my first time getting pizza from there and it will definitely be my last. I was very disgusted and disappointed, usually passport is better than that. Waste of money but oh well.

The staff is awesome!!!! I love that there open till 1am Friday & Saturday and Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday there open till 11pm. Ordering is super easy you call one number for all locations (call center) and they send your order to the right store. There pizza is always done just right!!!!

If I could give them zero stars I would, they over cooked the cinnamon sticks and they didnt offer to make a new order wouldnt refund it nor did they offer any coupons or anything to that extent.. the staff was slow and unorganized and unpleasant . I would not recommend, was not worth the $45 we spent.

Ive always been a Jets Pizza lover, but I think I found a new place. Best Pizza Ive had in a long time, maybe ever. It was loaded with cheese and old style pepperonis. I really liked the online ordering process because I always feel like Im being rushed when I order pizza. All around good experience.

Walked in and guy was frustrated because i walked up to counter on my phone literally 5 seconds trying to let my mother go....he walked away as soon as i ended my call and ignored me...i never picked up my order and went to freds pizza instead....complete losers and first time there.

The gluten free steak and cheese sub had minimal meat and cheese, not even a 1/2 cup. The pizza was dripping wet... and it took over an hour and a half when we live less than 1/2 mile away from the pizza place. Worst experience ever

Really wish I could have tried this pizza. I tried to order online and no matter what or how I put my address in, the website told me it wasnt valid. Guess were ordering from Dominos.

Expensive for a cheese pizza and I guess cinnamon sticks with cheese on them is a thing around here.. never seen that in California lol

Excellent salads! Romaine lettuce and awesome ranch dressing and croutons really set them apart. Love this place!!
