**NOTE: This is the same company as CTI Restaurants Inc., West Chester, OH. CTI reviews on Google/Yelp/Glassdoor going back years point towards some horrible treatment of employees. A review on another site, and they describe it better than I ever could: "Extremely chaotic. Many employees are terrified of ownership, and they habitually try to make each other look bad to make themselves look better by comparison, or avoid responsibility for their own errors. Given the toxic environment, is is hard to put it all on them. Objectively, Ive rarely seen business owners act with less integrity when it comes to treatment of employees and a disregard for labor laws. Moral is very low and there is an undercurrent of dissatisfaction and (no exaggeration) hatred for the owners specifically. Those very few who stay with the company have cultivated unusual relationships, and they dedicate their lives to the whims of the owners 7 days a week. You quickly get the feeling that this is what is expected of you. Many of the best managers and lower level employees leave or are fired. The owners are extremely aggressive in their policy of disputing unemployment claims, and will often spend weeks creating a paper trail that increases their chances of successfully disputing a claim (I have even been ordered to participate in this process on many occasions but avoided being a party to it). Those employees who dont realize what is happening are usually very confused, and it is very unpleasant to witness. The restaurants are also very unprofessional environments, with some managers frequently shouting, punching walls and throwing objects. There is a complete failure to separate personal emotion from the workplace. As I said....chaos."

If I could give this place zero stars I would!!!! This was me and my wife first time coming to this place and we were there going on 30 minutes and never once did a server come to ask us for drinks. The couple behind us even got up and had to ask for a server and we came in at the same time. They had multiple I mean 6 to 7 waiters standing around talking and they place was not busy at all. The manager had nothing to say but ask where we were sitting did not even attempt to keep our service and offer an apology. Im so glad I didnt spend a dime on this place!!! Ill never go back to that place ever again and I will not recommend it to anyone. If I was the owner I would be looking into clearing the entire staff and send the manager first!!!! Was recently called by the manager two weeks ago said he would be sending something in the mail to be maybe a certificate and would have me and my family for there for dinner and also meet him personally and I never received anything from him this place is a joke and theyre customer service is horrible hope you dont give this place any of your hard earned money

Had lunch here with my son a few days ago. I had only been to the one in Clifton long, long ago and didnt know this place existed till I stumbled across it on the internet. Born and raised on the South side of Chicago, we always had thin-crust pizza. Once I began working downtown, I discovered this place with deep-dish and loved it. So Ive been in Cincinnati for over 30 years and think about Chicago pizza and Italian beef....nearly impossible to get here....theres a place in Clifton called Chicago Gyros where I can get the beef ~ good flavor, but not a sandwich like Chicago. So back to this Uno restaurant ~ excellent in all ways. Our server, Steve, couldnt have been nicer or more efficient. He was so patient with this older woman (thats me :) who couldnt stop talking to him. I had the lunch special pepperoni pizza and brought half home to eat later...too much food. I had a small bowl of chicken noodle soup, and a small veggie soup ~ so that killed my appetite a bit. All the food was delicious!!! Bottom line ~ good food, good service, cant wait to go back!

The people on here giving 5 stars has to be employees. Because the service and food here is horrible. UNOs used to be the best pizza. but their food is going down if flames. And the owners has to be reading these comments but chose to do nothing. Well, Im here to tell everyone. You need to file a complaint with the BBB, Not complain here. They truly done want BBB complaints because believe it or not bad complaints on the BBB really makes a company look bad for some reason. But on Google complaints it just doesnt get the point across. If UNOs doesnt start putting themselves in check, they will be out of business just like Champps.

The service is extremely poor here with many dirty tables and servers who are not interested in taking care of the customers. The hostess could only find a single menu for our group to use and actually just tossed it on the table instead of handing it to one of us. Nate, the manager on duty was oblivious to the problems and wasnt even interested in taking care of his customers as he was unavailable for the staff to even find him. I love Unos as a chain restaurant but this one is a total fiasco. As a result of the horrible service, we left and went to eat at one of their competitors.

If there were a negative 5 Id give it that. Dont bother wasting your time here. It is obvious the wait staff dont want to be here, so they dont bother waiting on anyone. The management is obviously the problem, because after speaking to the assistant manager, he seemed oblivious to what his staff was doing. We never got waited on. Never were given a menu. Waited while others were not being held either. Finally had to leave and go across the street to Applebees, where we received friendly, prompt, good tasting food.

My wife and I wanted to try this for the first time. We walk in stood there to be seated for 5 minutes. Which usually isnt bad but we were the only ones there. After we were seated we were waiting to be greeted by our server....10 minutes still no greet....15 minutes still no greet.....20 minutes of EVERY. SINGLE. SERVER. passing our table refusing to make eye contact and I finally said lets leave. Needless to say I will be making it my lifes duty to let everyone know how bad UNO Pizzeria on 9246 Schulze Dr. is.

We just got home from Unos, and while we were having a very nice dinner already, a very nice employee came around with balloons for all of the kids. I just thought that was the nicest touch! Being a Mother of two small boys, it actually assisted in keeping them busy, and gave me a few minutes to enjoy my meal. It left such a positive vibe with us, I am more than happy to write a positive review for the restaurant! This is not something I usually do, but they deserve it. We will go back for sure!

Very poor service! The place was not crowded and there were many servers and managers walking around so it should have been better. It took about an hour to get the pizza and then it was cold. We ate it anyway because we were hungry. We also could not complain because the waiter did not come back for about 20 min. The waiter blamed the kitchen and i understand it can get backed up but never throw the kitchen under the bus. The managers talked to every table but us.
