This place used to be way better. Management does not care. Place is ran like a circus. Last night we went in for dinner and the bar was dirty without being properly up kept. Around 9 the staff decided to close one side of the bar and that caused lines to be over 5 minutes before you could start getting food in the bowl. A big party had come in and I overheard one of the waiters letting the manager know of the frustration of everyone there and the manager said, "Sucks for them". I ordered a mojito and it tasted like pineapple juice and simple syrup. Barely any alcohol, whenever I told my server it was poor he said that they cut the amount of alcohol that came in it because they were having a drink special and that he agreed the drinks were watered down. DO NOT GO HERE! GO to the Real chow Baby on Ponce de Leon, it is worth the drive for the difference in service, cleanliness and even food quality.

We have eaten at Big Chow multiple times in the past and it has been very good but unfortunately our recent experience has caused me to provide a very lackluster review. Our issues stemmed from the cook staff mixing up the meat in the different bowls and not cooking one of our guests food until everyone else at the table had received theirs and finished. We even alerted the server to it who really did nothing to escalate the issue with the cook staff to get them to prioritize the bowl. In the end I found out why. Given the size of our party the tip was automatically included and he wouldnt be impacted either way. After multiple positive trips we more than likely wont be eating here again as it seems as though the overall management and service provided has dramatically declined.

Pros: The food is awesome, no complaints there! Also the hosts and chefs are always very pleasant. The bartender with the braids is a sweetheart also. Cons: The fact that is located within the Galleria makes parking a NIGHTMARE if there is an event! Also, the manager is SUPER RUDE!!!!!! I was nearly knocked down by his big a** today as he was rushing through the restaurant. I was expecting an "excuse me" but he did not say anything. I then said "oh, Im sorry, excuse ME" His reply "Yep" and kept walking, instead of him offering an APOLOGY like any decent human being would. Disgusting behavior and for that reason alone I will likely not return. There are WAY too many options in this area to have to be subjected to disrespect some JERK that doesnt have common courtesy.

Nestled inside the north entrance of the Galleria is the Big Chow Grill where you create your own stir fry creation. You fill up a bowl full of noodles or rice and add whatever vegetables you want, dash it with their sauces (or not) and later grab a bowl and fill it full of meat and an egg if youd like. They are aware of food allergies and you can grab a different colored stick to inform the chef to cook your food on a separate pan or to turn your stir fry into soup! Servers have always been friendly. They have gluten free soy sauce you can ask for. Some servers seem a bit confused about it, but they have it and you can see them cook your meal separately for those who have allergies. You dont want to go here unless youre in the mood to eat a lot.

For the first time in visiting off and on for years, things got off to a pretty slow start. But management noticed the issue, corrected it right away and made certain our visit was excellent. The food, as always, was incredible. I took a group that had never been before and explained the basics. One member of our group did have a suggestion that a veteran diner like me did not take in to consideration, that a method be instituted where guests can sample the sauces. You almost cannot go wrong here. Whatever your dietary concerns, taste, or mood, youre customizing your meal just the way you want. I still strongly recommend Big Chow Grill to anyone looking to please a picky or simply diverse crowd. Feast On!

Such a cool, unique concept. Cant quite explain it. You just have to go, check it out. Great food, all you can eat, super fair pricing, great for groups, families, parties, work groups, or date night. Upbeat, bright, clean, smartly decorated dining room; theres a feel of comfortable commotion going on. The place smells amazing. Parking is ample and free! The building is located in a busy area so be aware of that and show up outside of rush hour drive times to avoid delays around Cobb parkway. If youre staying in a hotel in the area, you can easily walk to the Galleria (ask someone to point you to the breezeway or crosswalk) or take an uber there. Alcohol served if interested and of age.

The idea of making your own stir fry is great. If your food isnt good you have no one to blame but yourself. But look on the bright side, you can always try again by making another stir fry. The Big Chow Grill offers a lot of meat choices, stir fry veggies, and add- ins. It seems as if there would be endless possibilities. For those not interested in making stir fry, there is a regular menu but I can honestly say Ive never looked at it. There is also a full bar and drink menu. The atmosphere is pretty laid back, and the staff is nice even though your interaction with them is limited. I will definitely dine there in the future.

Good selection of fresh cut vegetables and proteins but today the service was really bad. Young staff was standing around oblivious and it literal was a full 20 minutes after being seated and we had no water and had not seen waitress. The cook who took my food could barley communicate and it took me 10 minutes of standing to get his attention. I really liked the concept and I was impressed with the freshness but simply have to care a little about service. It was the worse managed establishment I have been to in the last decade.

I went to The Big Chow Grill, yesterday and the food was great.. However, after I had gotten home and called to check my bank account , this particular transaction was more than I signed the credit card receipt for, about $10 more. I specifically and conveniently placed the servers tip on the table and crossing out the tip portion on the receipt. I dont know if the server was stealing money (more money) for a tip from me, but it certainly does look that way.

Is buffet style. They give you a sick with your table number on it. You go up grab a bowl and add rice/noodles, veggies, seasoning, sauces, meat and oil of your choice. You can also turn your bowl into a wrap, or salad. Tofu and fish/calamari was available as well. Theres other options to add things like soup to your meal. They have appetizers such as potstickers, egg rolls, spring rolls..... Alcoholic drinks are available as well.

If I can give it 0 stars then I would give that rating. First time I went to this place, I understand the food concept, but the staff is rude. The food line is a giant mess. One waitress is very rude because I took a extra bowl because I didnt want to juggle everything in their tiny plate and and took the bowl back. Not the greatest customer satisfaction. The atmosphere of this place is what really bring this place down.
