Well this was my very first experience with Piada Italian street food restaurant. I could not have been happier. I will be back again!!! I had the regular pasta bowl with Chicken Carbonara and the Cannoli Chips with the cream cheese chocolate chip dip. Im telling you this was absolutely fantastic. I ordered many of the different toppings on the side so that I could try them and decide what should be good in my Chicken Carbonara. I added so many of the things everything tasted great. I especially loved the basil pesto. I wouldnt change a thing about your restaurant. I have been here now at least one and one half hours. Just watching how everything works. You guys are so Speedy here. I just watched 10 people go through in 13 minutes. Your speed is tremendous. Oh by the way, I work at a fine dining restaurant and your Chicken Carbonara is better than ours. I love how we can personalize everything here. Trying all the different sauces, and toppings. Pearly is a fabulous manager!!! I also really enjoyed meeting Micha, Andrew, and Juan. You have a great team of people working here. Keep up the good work!!! I will definitely promote you guys. I cant wait to bring my friends and family in here.

It was our first time there at Piadas, but it wont be our last! The staff was very happy to help me with my first order and explained the various ways to customize my meal. I tried something totally new and different to my taste buds; and WOW it was so good! I had to try the garlic piada before leaving -- absolutely the best warm crispy treat ever!

This place knows how to cater to the lunch crowd. We usually arrive with 8-10. Last week it was 30. They/we really dont know who will show up till we wander in.They are unfazed and wow does the good come out hot, good, and fast! Checkout is equally impressive! My love and blessings to all that work there!

I love Piadas food and used to be a regular. That is, until the amount of food on my plate started decreasing. First, they cut the amount of garlic dough that came with a bowl in half before later eliminating it completely. Now meat costs extra and the prices seem to have stayed the same all along.

Id go back with someone if they needed to go, but I wont crave it and make another trip on my own. The food was good enough. Didnt really love that the employees shout back to each other when you place your order. Its bound to be part of the street food experience, but it didnt do much for me.

A newer dining option in the universe of fast food - piadas - a thin flour-based tortilla-like wrap that you choose your ingredients for. They also serve salads and pastas in a go-through-the-line style eatery. A bit healthier than your standard fare and way better tasting!

This is a great casual place to get cheap Italian food. I have enjoyed all of the combinations I have tried, but I especially like the cold parmesan sauce. The only issue is that they are not always consistent with portions and the piada sticks taste burnt occasionally.

This is an Chipotle like Italian place. It is quick convenient and a wonderful change of pace from your regular fast food. The bread sides were great and the pasta was pretty good. It could have used a tad bit more sauce but wonderful other than that.

Food is great but when they are supposed to be open until 10pm and doors are locked at 945pm its a bit irritating, if you close at 10, keep the damn doors unlocked. Or post No orders after 930pm if its what you REALLY mean

Good food and good service. I recommend the chicken carbonara and Lobster bisque. The pepperoni sticks and garlic dough are good, but dont get them to go as they are significantly less good when they cool down.

Interesting chain that serves freshly prepared American Italian food. I call it American Italian because there is no such thing as a Piada in Italian food. The food is good though...sort of an Italian Chipote.

Fresh ingredients with a great taste make this a great place to go dine. Both the piada and salads are quite good with options, like sun dried tomatoes, you wont find most places around here.

This place is very nice. I love the layout as well. The menu isnt very extensive but its good, like short sweet and simple. Most importantly its clean, and the staff moves at a fast pace.
