Used to eat here frequently but it is going downhill. Their coupons arent as generous as they used to be, but worse, the quality of the food has deteriorated. The parking lot used to be packed, but not anymore. My biggest complaint is too much salt. If you want to gain a quick five pounds through sodium-induced water retention, eat the chips and salsa. Then weigh yourself when you get home and you will see Im telling the truth. My grilled tilapia was so salty I couldnt eat it. If you care about high blood pressure, there are healthier choices.

My family has always been a regular at this restaurant. The food and the service are great. However, since my father is now in a wheelchair, we can no longer have dinner with him at this location. The fencing around the expanded patio area makes it impossible for a wheelchair to access the restaurant. The ramp to the sidewalk does not coincide with the entryway. There is not enough room for a wheelchair to make the turn down the sidewalk beside the fence to get to the door. We were pretty disappointed.

Usually, my companion and I stop in here once a month and receive good service and great food. The food was still good, however, during a recent visit the service was slow, and the mens stall was trashed,. When we were asked about how everything was, we said "things couldve been better", because we were comparing our previous visits at this location. Our feedback was met with an annoyed response to which we just paid and left.

The prices have gone up alot but the food is still great, great service, I love this place and eat here probably more often than I should. Changas Chikas for the regular visit, something special dictates the Mocajete (I probably butchered it with my spelling but its the piping hot bowl with, chorizo, cactus, shrimp, steak, peppers and cheese)

I had never been there before but will certainly be back!! The grilled flavors of the shrimp were beyond words and the food came to our table too hot to eat!! Im so glad I had the opportunity to come to this fantastic restaurant!! You get so much food that you cant eat it all!! Thanks for a wonderful July 4th supper!

Eat here! Thats the short version... My wife and I were just talking about the recent remodel and that lead to how we have been eating here since at least 2000. The food has been consistently delicious and the restaurant has always been clean and run well. This place is on the top of our go-to list!

Food here is great, the service is great and its family friendly. My husband and I had our first date here and have been coming back ever since. Its the family go to for bday dinners as well! The shrimp fajitas are awesome and Ive never had a bad experience and Ive been 20+ times.

The place used to be great. Now its a crap shoot if you get utterly horrible food or something bland and barely palletable. I dont know what happened but dont waste your money. They dont care anymore. I have actually felt ill after eating there the last two times. Never again!

My husband and I always love going to El rancho. The staff here is wonderful/ food always fast and yummy. If there is something wrong (rarely known to happen) they will fix it immediatly. We always get our favorite waitress Erica! You definently get a great price for great food

Had a bone in my chimichangas (ground beef) that looked like it could be a rat vertebrae. And when I showed the waiter he told me I put it in there. All they wanted to do was replace it and I was too dishusted to ever eat there again.

Sat around for about 10 minutes with my girlfriend. Nobody said a word to us after we were seated. Nobody came to take drink orders, nothing. The worst part about it was that the place was basically empty.
