Arrived at this Chic fil a around 8:40-8:45 PM ... just making what I thought would be a quick run to pick up 2 Chocolate Shakes for my wife and I. When I arrived, I was next in line behind two women, one older gal one younger, looked to be Mother and Daughter ... After waiting about ten minutes (the mother daughter still ordering), Jackie (employee) finally decided to wait on the next customer. She had been behind the counter cleaning the counter etc, in spite of having several folks lined up awaiting service to place orders. Once our order was placed with Jackie (who seemed put out in having to give up her cleaning duty to wait on customers), it took another eight-nine minutes to get the actual shakes. Long story short, Ill not be back, twenty minutes for two milkshakes is far far too long to wait. Oh, and when the shakes arrived, I had to ask for a carrier, napkins and straw even though I had placed the order as a "to go " order. This is by FAR the WORST service ever experienced at a Chic fil a. Again, we wont be back .... good luck with this staff Mr. Goss

Did not have a good experience there. Went on May 6, 2016 my salad was missing out of my bag. Went back in there with my receipt and the young guy who went over to the lady and told her I didnt get my salad. He came back and gave me my salad and told me that the lady said (She Know She Made your salad) As if Im lying. Just like they own a business and I do as well, and I cant see speaking to my customers like that. So I called in asking for the GM and a lady said she was the GM. She basically treated the situation as if it wasnt important. And said people always saying they dont get they food. She didnt even hear the problem that I had. I told her to pull the camera tape and she can see what happen of course thats not going to happen. But anyway my salad was not good. And I will never go there again. I should of just ask for my money back instead. (always check your bags especially around lunch time when there busy.

I use to work at the chick fila in Macedonia let me tell you its a lot different then here. They just standing around they didnt even greet me I came in. They were being extremely rude and obnoxious. Instead of worrying about the guests they were more concerned about how cold it was in the building. One manger was telling two boys who came in for their shifts to hurry up and get moving. It wasnt busy, he just being rude and nasty. I saw two girls chewing gum and being completely unprofessional. There were two girls at the counter one had her arms crossed and looking annoyed. the other wasnt even paying attention to the guest at hand and being rude. I saw one girl with her hands in her pockets. The food of course was still amazing but the crew and management need big time improvement. I hope to see some changes made in the near future.

This location is very clean and the employees are really nice. Of course the food is good as well! What sucks is that before 10am the drive thru is very slow. You could be waiting 8 minutes in the drive thru- and thats being one car away from the window. After about 5:45pm the drive thru becomes slow again. You could be waiting about 15-22minutes to get to the window. Those two things are extremely annoying. They should know that these times are busy and they should be prepared. As a mom, its not always an easy option to do mobile pick up cause I have my child in the car. If we go in he will flip out because he wants to go play but Im usually in a rush. Other than that, I like chic fill a, just wish they would fix these issues

Love Chick-fil-A and never have an issue. This location, I hate to say, is the least friendly one I have ever visisted. Never been here before and I was standing in the wrong spot and was spoken to in a rude tone "if youre in line, move down there." No greeting when it was my turn. When my food was brought to the table, it was just placed in front of me without a word. Very strange experience for a Chick-fil-A. The only saving grace of this location was the host that was in the dining area. I think her name was Venise. Super sweet. Super friendly.

9 people working in the front, 4 standing around talking. The manager standing there doing nothing but looking annoyed, didnt offer to assist a single person working or waiting to be served. Always a ridicules long line and everyone appears to work in slow motion. Asked for a new drink because red stuff was floating in the lemonade, 3 workers looked at me like I was nuts. I go to Chick Fil A often but not to this one again.

Who doesnt love chik fil a. This one has fast service (go inside because drive thru is typically long), its clean, has a play area for the kids, and the employees smile. It gets 4 stars because its hard to customize a sandwich. If you want to swap out a grilled chicken breast for a breaded you might not be able to or they wont know how to ring that up.

I love this location! The employees are nice and respectful and the food is good. There was a bad experience at the Rocky River Chicfila where employees were overheard calling a customer a N*GG*R. The manager did not seem to think it was important enough to address...very disappointing. That situation made me appreciate this location even more.

I love the food but this location is ALWAYS SLOW!! They have a hard time getting orders correct and when you call to get things straight they treat you as if youre trying to get over on them. Im disappointed that I can go there once a week and theres a 50% chance my order is incorrect and food under cooked. I expect more from this company

good food, but this location lacks efficiency. every time I visit I spend an average of 10 minutes in line. right now, at 8:06am I write this review from the drive thru, since I have now been in line for almost 20 minutes. and there were only 7 or 8 cars ahead of me. I would recommend the food, just another location! very poorly operated.

No way will I ever come back to this place. The service was poor, the girl who took my order wasnt paying attention got my order wrong, food was cold, kids screaming. I couldnt take it. Im from Michigan where everyone is know raves about this place. I cant wait to get back to tell them ALL just how very BAD this was!!!!

Food is made when you order so its fresh every time. The shakes are delicious and you never hear them say "the shake machine is down" like a lot of restaurants do. Even when the line is long, they move it quickly and thats more often than not. Its even a good place to get a salad and breakfast on the go.

Hey, its Chick-fil-A, the best fast food fried chicken there is. This particular location is always busy, but very responsive to the needs of the customer, so they are very polite and understanding and efficient. Well trained staff, delicious food, what more could you ask for from a chiken store?
