While the food isnt bad, everything else IS! Ive tried online ordering TWICE and both times was a complete mess. The first time I showed up and the order wasnt ready and they had no idea what I was even talking about. Keep in mind you pay ahead online and receive a confirmation with an estimated time of completion. After they had to ask what my order was because they couldnt find it, it took 15 extra minutes (now 45 min after my given ready time) to get ready. Fine, I figured a fluke and Id try again just because I actually like the food. Nope. Second time placed the order and showed up to pick it up. I even gave them 10 extra minutes to get it ready. They advised me it was ready on the pickup shelf. I got home back to work to eat it and WRONG. This order was someone elses and had a receipt that showed it had been sitting at the pickup station for 3 hours!!! I called to let them know. They had no idea what had happened to the order I placed and actually belittled me by asking if I just pick up any order without checking? Well, they had pointed me to the shelf and told me they only had 1 pickup order so they were apparently so sure that it was correct. I simply requested a refund because I didnt have the time to come back. I couldnt even eat the wrong food that was given to me because it was so cold and had been sitting for so long. They didnt offer anything extra and barely apologized. No more chances.

Consistently got my orders wrong nearly every time I went there for months. Management was rude, in my opinion, when I brought it to their attention, as if I had no right to complain. Last time it happened I got pretty firmly mad about it and asked for some kind of discount. Was basically told they didnt care they inconvenienced me with getting order wrong again, since EVENTUALLY they got it right. When I contacted franchise location owners to complain, I was - in my opinion - nastily told by their rep that THEY were mad at ME for getting upset with the staff at the location for messing up my order...and that their first priority was shielding STAFF from customer complaints....ummm, why is their first priority NOT to getting customer orders RIGHT the FIRST TIME or giving excellent customer service, thereby eliminating the need for customer complaints??? I mean, the only thing they care about is that I got hot under the collar when my order was messed up for what might have been the 15th time in a row, BUT then are NOT in the least bit concerned that my order was made WRONG?! WHAT is wrong with them? Im taking my business elsewhere. I will never set foot in this location EVER again and may possibly never return to any Panera as long as I live.

I am not a regular Panera customer. I generally think that their food is good but over priced, so its not usually my first pick. I signed up for the Rapid Pickup online yesterday since my husband and I were in a pinch for ideas on dinner. I ordered an hour in advance, so they had ample time to review the order to know that I received it correctly. When I got back to my house, I found that half of my order wasnt even in the to go bag. Yes, I should have checked before I left to make sure I had my full order but silly me for thinking an hour in advance was enough time to have an order together correctly. When I called the manager on duty was kind enough to say that he would remake the sandwiches, so I drove back to go pick them up. When I did, the order still was not ready and when it was, the manager himself gave me the order, did not apologize for the inconvenience nor did he even look me in the eye, just simply handed it off and walked away to begin joking with his co workers again. Poor customer service all around.

Today I went in and ordered a grill cheese sandwich. Pretty simple order, I would have assumed. I stood by the counter waiting for my sandwich, eventually someone finally put the sandwich together with a foul mood as well. When the sandwich was done, no one went to get the sandwich for me. It just sat there getting cold. I waited and waited and the sandwich just sat there. Two managers were standing by the prep bar just talking away, and one of them looked at me & turned back around. Enough was enough. I took the sandwich pager and returned it to the cash register and told them keep the sandwich. I will never go to this location ever again, and may not ever go to another panera bread again. As a customer who enrolled for your rewards program, just disconnect me from your system. Thanks for nothing.

This is the worst Panera location I have ever been to. Employees are slow moving to the point of comical, with no care whatsoever that they are at work. I waited for someone to fill a bagel order of one dozen bagels for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, there was a girl with a long brown ponytail who looks pissed at the world idly sweeping the floor and ignoring me. When I finally asked about my order, she sighed and started putting it together WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS AFTER SWEEPING THE FLOOR. Gross. I have ordered their so called "Rapid" Pickup several times and the order is never ready on time, and half of the time isnt all there. Who owns this location? Youre getting screwed big time.

The food is good and my order has consistently been correct every time I go to this location, but the service is ridiculous. I usually do the rapid pickup online, and the past couple times Ive gone to pick up my order, I have been late and the order STILL isnt ready on time. When the order isnt ready on the pickup counter, the whole "rapid pickup" idea is forgone. Sometimes its so late that I have to go up to the actual pickup counter and ask about the orders status. The workers always apologize for the wait, but they cant be that sorry, because it happens over and over again.

If I could give less than one star I would. Ordered to go. Watched an employee scratch her rib cage like a flea infested cat behind the counter. others seemed to not care about general hygiene and on top of it all my $10 salad came with no salad dressing!!! 100% disappointed!!! **On another note the panera in Stow and Cuyahoga falls are AWESOME and they will continue to receive my weekly business.

Always a clean and comfortable environment. Service has always been quick and pleasant. I love the quality of the food served at Panera Bread. My only complaint is that there is not a huge variety for vegetarians or vegans. I found the broccoli and cheddar soup is made with chicken broth which is very disappointing. Highly recommend the black bean soup but thats not available daily either.

I have gone to this location from the time it opened and saw the quality of cutomer service decline. Two time the order was incorrect, then the bread was just dropped into the bag unwrapped.Other Paneras wrap the bagettes. Tonight when I wrnt into the resturant there was trash on the floor and soda and water on the area where you take emoty dishes and dump the trash.
