I called ahead for a large pan. I arrived to small, irate crowd waiting. I witnessed several complaints and after giving my name, was told my pizza was in the oven. Patiently I waited but after 40 minutes I asked for my pie and was told they were out of pan pizza, would I like a thin crust. A total of 1 hour I waited and left empty handed. The police were called out to calm another irate customer while I was there. This is the forth or fifth time I have had extreme bad service at this location. If I didnt like Pizza Hut pizza so much, I would never return but I am hoping they will change Management.

Extremely Rude! I worked in hospitaloty before and they didnt even great us when walking in. The sign stated, "Please wait to be seated" and the staff walked by us 5 times without even acknowledging our presence.. Finally, a staff member shouted at us to be seated, and so we walked out. Witnessed same staff member yelling at employees in the back. I get that they might have been busy in the back, but that is no reason to be rude. Safe to say,I will not be back to this location.

2 Stars at best, perhaps the staff needs better training is resolving issues. The Customer service is subpar. As Im placing my order at the counter, the cashier is focus on something else, I thought that was really RUDE, as I has to repeat my order more than once. She also seem unfamiliar with the items on the menu. Bottomline: I will not patronize this establishment again. IM NOT FEELING THIS.

Called for delivery and waited over a hour. I called to see what was the problem and found out the guy who took my order put the wrong number and address. Then when asked to speak to the manager the employee started to talk about me while on hold. I will never order from here again!

I use this location to pick up pizza all the time and they are always accurate about the ready time and I especially appreciate the fact that they open every box of pizza or wings that you order in front of you so you can see the order is accurate instead of having to do it yourself.

Maggie at the front desk was the worst customer service representative Ive ever encountered, it was like was she was trying to pick a fight with guests placing order. The service at this establishment has never been good but this was the absolute worst. Avoid this place at all costs

Walk in the door at 9:30 and the snoty person in the store said the dinning room was closed and that it clised at 9:30. Web site says 11 pm and their door says the dinning room closes @ 10 avoid this store if at all possible

Went on Friday to try the pizza buffet, the pizza buffet is okay its a small selection. They only had one waitress she was nice. Overall it was a okay visit next time I would probably just take a pizza Togo.
