Customer service must be a dying art form... I dont see a name tag, so I will describe the employee in hopes that the franchise owner will address this issue: its Thursday, 5/12/16, 2:30 pm, and this gal (wearing glasses) is the first person in the assembly line to begin customers orders. Im short and she cant hear. I learned as a bartender to read lips because its impossible to hear in a crowd - she might want to try it, instead of being rude and bossy. The establishment is empty, so no need to rush people through... Look at your customer when theyre talking to you. No smile. Very little eye contact except when bitching "I cant hear you". Luckily the young man next to her (after seeing the disgust on my face as I had to yell over the glass) looked me in the eye and said "hello maam, how are you doing today". Whether or not his gesture was genuine, just the fact that he attempted was all I ask. Ive been in the food service/hospitality business for fifteen years and there is no excuse for less than hospitable service when it comes to your customers.

I debated whether or not I should leave a two or three star review. I opted for three because this location is always terrible. I really like Chipotle. The food tastes good and I would eat there more often if this location had decent staff. Theyre almost always incompetent. It is not a good idea to place an order online, they will probably screw it up. They get mine wrong at least half the time despite the receipt online showing that I had it correct. They either struggle with basic reading comprehension or they rush everything - maybe both. Seriously, dont order from them online. When you order in the store, watch the staff like a hawk because if youre not paying attention they will either omit an item you requested or add one you didnt want. This happens regularly. The staff is usually pretty good about comping the issue or replacing the incorrect order, but Id rather just receive the order I ordered at regular price the first time. This place is good, but I wish it didnt suck so bad.

Spare yourself and make the drive to Hermitage. Every time I have visited this location, the staff is always different, nobody seems to know what they are doing, and it is very disorganized. By the time I get to the front of the line, Im exhausted and irritated just from waiting on the slow employees. From there, its just pitiful. I live literally five minutes from this location and my food is always cold, whether I get it to go or eat there. They skimp out on portions, too. Especially if you order online, which I will never do again after ordering 2 chicken bowls online, and,getting home to realize that neither one had chicken. If the Hermitage location was more easily accessible on my way home from work, Id rather get my food there. At least the staff there is friendly and knows what they are doing.

Definitely will not be back after reading about the hair in the bottom of the bowl. GROSS! Ive been to this place dozens of times since they opened. The food and the service is spotty. They are often out of ingredients and will skimp on your toppings if they dont have enough. Went yesterday and asked for peppers and onions. Only got onions (very finely diced ones at that). So, the whole dish was off because the ingredients were missing. Also, I can NEVER order the steak there because it is always rare. I do not eat undercooked meat and that is all they ever have. $7 is a lot for a burrito. The very least you can do is to have all the fixings.

I think the food is great. That other reviewer has his panties in a bunch. I have never had a bad experience. I can tell you that if you dont like cilantro then there is a good chance you may not like the rice or the different salsas. Sometimes certain items can be spicier than normal like the meats or peppers/onions but its not terribly hot. Portions are not huge for the money considering the size of a burrito at the el jalapenos mexican restaurant down the road. Get the bowl though.. it holds more than a wrap ;)

We enjoy Chipolte, but this store is awful. The servings are 1/2 the size of any other Chipolte. They must use poorer cuts of meat and the staff rolls their eyes when additional amounts are requested. Double rice, means, double rice. it does not mean a 1/2 cup, total. When "no sour creme" is requested and you open up your meal to find sour creme, a good review is not forthcoming. We gave this store three attempts, but sorry they are out.

First time I ever came to a chipotle. I told the woman making my order that, and she very nicely walked me through everything. She was so kind and patient, and the food was amazing. On top of all of this, the manager heard it was our first time here and gave us the whole meal for free! Definitely coming back, and I think everyone else should too. Amazing customer service, fun atmosphere, and delicious food.

Was staying in town overnight, so maybe it was just a bad night, but I waited in line for almost 30 minutes before even getting to order, and then it took about 10 minutes to make it through the line to actually have my burrito made, since they kept putting call in orders ahead of me while mine just sat there. Maybe they were understaffed that might, but it was a poor first impression.

I love chipotle. Love it. And Ive been going to this location for a couple years now and never had an issue until that last few months. When I go, its a hit or miss and the last few times have only been misses. I understand that the food cant always be perfect. The staff has always been lovely but I feel like Ive tried too many times and was disappointed. Ill be giving it a break.

Today I went to my first ever Chipotle with a friend. We had both never been in one, and when we told our server that she was very patient with us and had an A+ attitude. Then, she gave us our ENTIRE meal for free. Both of our orders. For free. Honestly so amazed right now. My friend and I will definitely come back in the future.

We love Chipotle! My husband and I could eat there everyday and be happy. The store is always clean and the service is fast! The best way to describe the restaurant is a Mexican subway. They make the items for your while youre in line. They have large portions for the right price. We highly recommend the Burritto Bols. YUM!

Mainly because Chipotle is already one of my favorite burrito places, but also because all of the employees at this location are so kind and pleasant. Service with a smile really does make a difference, and every time i have been these guys go above and beyond.

This has the be the slowest moving Chipotle around. They never have enough people working the line. When you come in, you are waiting for a good 30 minutes unless you come close to closing time then you just have angry employees. Please do a redo of the staff.

Ordered 3 chicken tacos and the chicken tasted like it was old. Was hard and nasty. Had to throw them away. And the chips are always stale. Ive given them 3 chances to correct their issues. Apparently that wont happen. Ill never be returning.
