Bought a variety of breads from this company at a Farmers Market they were at and the bread had fuzzy mold growing on it! Took it back to the store and the owner told me they didnt use preservatives so the bread should be refrigerated, and that was the reason for the mold. I bought the bread 15 minutes after the market opened so that didnt seem feasible. I asked him why hed sell bread out in the heat without refrigeration if he knew that would happen, he had no answer but did offer to replace the moldy bread with a different loaf. I said no thank you!

Was a little disappointed the butter crust bread I bought from the Oxtoberfest in Burton was stale and hard. Yad think for those kind of events everything would be fresh.
