Stopped in here after my gender reveal ultrasound to bring back something pink for my coworkers. It took 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge me even though they I was the only one in at the time and they were both right there. When I asked about something pink, which there wasnt anything on display the worker was EXTREMELY rude and acted like helping a customer was the inconvenience of the day. When I asked if they could put some pink icing on some cookies for me things escalated very quickly and she made it clear that she couldnt be bothered to help a customer. I returned to work empty handed and this experience took something away from my special day. This bakery deserves zero stars and zero customers. If this was the last bakery on earth I would still never return.

They called me the DAY BEFORE MY WEDDING and told me that they could not make the cake that I had ordered SEVEN MONTHS earlier. I ordered a square cake, and they called to tell me that (as a well known and old bakery) they didnt have square pans. REALLY? You have been in business for YEARS and dont have square pans? And then you are rude to me on the phone when I ask why I wasnt told this earlier so I could have picked out a new design for my cake? (The design I had did NOT work with a round cake, and our cake looked stupid.) Thanks a lot, Crest. I tell everyone I know about your HORRID service. The cake itself was tasty, but I will never ever go there ever again because of the service.

Growing up in North Hill this bakery was always a favorite we stop before school and their pizza dough is delicious cheap and fresh! I know people have bad experiences with certain people because not all employees care about their job but I have always had great customer service, they are clean and the pastries and cookies and breads are all fresh mmmm my favorite is the peanut butter danish

Terrible I called this bakery once and the woman who answered was clueless and very unhelpful she sounded as though she didnt want to be at work im not even going to bother to visit shame I give them no stars personally

A North Hill staple with the very best Danish, doughnuts and cakes. Must try their new Crest-ghnut, a combination of a flakey doughnut and croissant (glazed, chocolate fudge or maple glazed). Addicting!
