Im going to say right off, I am not a cupcake fanatic. I like them sure, but I do not understand the craze. Ok, service was friendly, the shop is spotless, the cupcake was good. To be honest though, I dont want a good cupcake from one of these places. I dont want the cake of the cupcake to be uninspired and rather dry. I dont expect the same cake for the 3 different flavors the 3 of us ordered. Each did have an enjoyably flavored frosting/filling, but the same yellow cake. I wish them the best, starting a small business is a nightmare, but I wasnt impressed.

Broke my daughters heart when we stayed at Sheraton across the street and she couldnt wait until noon when they opened, as posted on door. Found the door locked at 12:30 and a worker came out and said "we are closed".

Pandoras Cupcakes are amazing! All of the flavors I have tried have been delicious! They are worth the money and since they were only $1.00 each today for their promotion, I bought a dozen and froze some! Yum!

We love them and never had a customer service issue! Everyone has been friendly and nice especially to the kiddos! They are really sweet tho, so if your not up for the sugar...try something else :)

Went there yesterday and the door was locked at 12:45 p.m. Two other customers came by while I waited in my car and found the door locked and walked away. Not what I was looking to encounter.

The cake balls are good but the cupcakes are terrible the worker didnt even put anything on her hands to give me a cupcake if you want good cupcakes just go to giant eagle
