The only positive thing about this Publix is the seafood department and the liquor store staff. The deli staff is pretty much full of attitude and they make it beyond apparent that they could care less if you get the food that you order. If you order online, 90% of the time the order is either not ready or its incorrect once you get it home. Ive had plenty of instances where the food wasnt ready even 30 minutes up to an hour after it was scheduled to be picked up, when the issue was brought to management instead of offering to get someone to make the food she simply offered us a discount on a box of chicken. Once you make it to the register and wait ten minutes (even in the 10 items or less line) you are "greeted" with more attitude from the cashiers, minus a few. This is overall not a Publix that I would recommend to anyone. Its a shame that Publix is letting their customer service and overall quality of a store to go so far downhill. After my trip to this store last night, its safe I wont be back.

As far as publix goes, this one is by far the worst one Ive been in. You continuously have to check expiration dates because things are expired all the time.. sometimes by MONTHS. the publix cookies are god awful! Every publix Ive been in has the same soft delicious cookies.. for some reason this ones always seem stale and rock hard, and weve tried them a lot. I couldnt give my daughter the free one for kids out of fear she would break a tooth. Far from what I have come to expect from publix.

Most of the staff are helpful, friendly and go out of their way to greet us by name. The store is clean, well organized and usually well-stocked. We occasionally find that items we would like are no longer being carried or that a sale item has been temporarily sold out; however, those are small issues compared to the savings and friendliness of the store employees.

The store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is very helpful. I was looking for something over the holiday and they were sold out. The grocery manager called around till he found it and Ebony the customer service manager had the item picked up and delivered to the store so that I didnt have to run around town. Great job all around. My favorite store.

I shop here about 3 times a week and the majority of the employees are extremely friendly, and genuinely care to help if you need it. The lines are always short. Im willing to pay a little more for friendly and quick service compared to its large competitor. They do have great bogos which come out cheaper and I stock up each time. :)
