Ordered online for delivery and had to call an hour later to find out where my food was. I was told that the minimum order is $20 (which I didnt meet), when I asked why no one called me and told me this instead of me sitting here waiting for food, I was told it says this on the website. I searched high and low and it says this nowhere on the website. I also shouldnt be sent a confirmation e-mail if I dont meet the minimum. He agreed to deliver anyways which was great but when he got here I pointed out that they might want to update their site with the minimum. He told me that people always call to confirm their online order. I did receive a confirmation page telling me to call if I planned to use a credit card but I planned to use cash so there was no way for me to know I was supposed to call (and doesnt that defeat the purpose of online ordering)? It seemed as though they thought I should have known better when really, they need to update the online ordering or remove it altogether. Also, he didnt have proper change for a twenty so I ended up tipping almost 100% to receive my food. I would have probably given a lower review but other than this instance, I have always enjoyed stopping in and do like the food. Just please, update your ordering system or remove it entirely and make sure to have change on you for orders.

I am an Arab chef and loved the food, authentic flavoring and freshness. It took literally 8min to prepare to order! The fair price was $6.99 I came to chipotle the same day with a lot less meat and pile of rice for $7.80 I ate so much carb and little protein for that money! I see all the complaints here came price sensitive people GROUPON etc type of people. Who want every thing 5 stars service and products and want to pay the -1 star price! They are freaking redicilous to say the least! Besides when people rate low for any business they dont understand they are hurting working families and tax paying entities to our communities! It takes a character, deep breath and two min of positive thinking to offer a RECCOMMENDATION so they can run their business better! Now that is HUMANITY! If you care not to go there anymore, dont! But dont pursue other not to go, what you didnt like might be observed as a great deal by others! So dont think that he works stops with you..... I hope many people read my comments because we need the comradery to make the world a better place! All the best for everyone and these hard working dudes in this hot kitchen! Ciao!

One day, while in my office, I noticed my boss was eating a fantastic-looking salad. It consisted of dark, leafy greens, chicken and other vegetables. He said it came from the La Shish Grill, located right across from St. Hillarys Church, in Stow. I simply had to have one, so I went to the restaurant. The restaurant is new, squeaky clean and the environment is nice. The staff is happy and accommodating. You can eat inside or take out, and the prices are affordable. The menu item is called the Mishwi salad, and I ordered it with chicken, their normal salad dressing, a tangy vinigarette, and I was also advised to get a bit of their cucumber sauce. Its the best Ive ever had! I also ordered a side of delicious rice. The salad is so good that I had it three times that week, and I stopped to write this review while getting their phone number to order another! Aladdins move over. La Shish is going to rock the town! Delicious food, excellent service and the restaurant is always clean. The owner and the employees are really attentive, they will always make sure your food goes to your table as it should, not a single problem every time we dine in and neither when we ordered the old fashioned way: by using the phone and calling the restaurant. ;) Their tahini dressing is my favorite goes perfect with any Kebab, i always make sure to ordered and extra skewer just because their are awesome!

Food isnt anything to brag about. Its edibel at best. Service is not good at all. Used their Groupon & he told me to stop getting it because they are losing money on it... Owner came up and acted rude about it. They gave me half of my order after 30+ minutes of waiting for 2 burgers. Then when I pointed it out he went to make the rest. I told him to forget about it I was done waiting. He yelled at me to leave and that I had eaten for free. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I give it a very good rating. My grandson picked this for his birthday dinner. My great grandsons enjoyed their meal. Nikki and I had the chicken kebabs with rice. Very good. Jeff had the mixed grill, very good. One boy had the hotdog with fries. The fries are very good. Other boy had the Mac and cheese bites. He also liked his food. Both boys liked our rice. Easy to find. Across from Holy Family Church and beside poncho and leftys restaurant.

This was terrible. Of all the Groupon I have purchased this was the most disappointing. The food was totally over priced and not really very good. When I called to place the order, they couldnt even tell me which kebabs had veggie on then. I dont think veggies come on any if them. Called ahead to place order and still waiting 35 minutes for our order. Just everything was terrible.

Terrible food! and customer service is even worse. They made a big deal for us using Groupon telling us that they were loosing money for serving us. On purposely they brought our food late and it wasnt even complete, once we indicated as such they took our items inside again started taking their time. I would not reccoment this place to no one!

We ordered to go and the food was delicious! We had four dinners: the chicken kabob, beef kabob, falafel and vegetable dinners and I must say, the rice was especially good! Well priced, and plenty of left overs for lunch tomorrow, LaShish is now in our contact list for great local Mediterranean food.

La Shish is a great choice for authentic Mediterranean cuisine! Their staff is always welcoming and very helpful, and you will always be greeted with a smile. I have tried many different items on their menu, and I have never been disappointed. Keep up the great work!!

This was an utterly awful experience. There was over an hour wait time for the food. When it came, the burger was raw, the baba ganoush was awful, and there was no pita bread. A complete waste of time and money. Of the five of us who ordered food only one was satisfied.

Very good food. However, i am on the Paleo diet an the food I can eat really isnt on the menu. But definitely a place I would eat if I ate whatever. Plenty of vegetarian options.

Food is fantastic, has a fresh and delicious taste. We fully enjoyed. Service is a little slow, so be patient. Well worth the time.
