This was my first time here and I guarantee its the last. To start they brought me a chocolate milk that was so sour I almost threw up when I took a sip. Then when they took the chocolate milk away they didnt ask what I wanted and just brought me water. I told them to take water back and bring me a coke. Then my order was almost entirely cooked wrong. Ordered steak medium, it was well done. Eggs over medium, white of the egg was still runny. Toast was burnt. The only thing cooked good was the hashbrown, that was delicious. My wife said and I quote "McDonalds sausage biscuits and gravy are way better". The server was still tipped 15%, she did her job right for the most part. It would have been nice if the management would have been informed of the sour milk situation and compensated me at least a drink for the inconvenience of drinking sour milk that almost made me throw up. Despite almost everything being cooked wrong I just ate and then left and swore to never return and always inform people oh how terrible this place is.

Been there twice first time was for dinner service and food was dated. Food was sub par diner food. Waitress was young and just going through the motions. I try to give a place 2 chances so I went back again. Had breakfast the breakfast was ok like I said very typical, could make at home better or same. The Waitress seemed tired or something, she wanted us to order eat and get out. Not something you want to do in a restaurant. Be more polite suggest dishes that you know are good. If you want to cater to a older crowd with older plane dishes thats fine just dont except more business.

My husband and I decided to go for brunch at the Tip Top today. We were seated quickly and promptly brought coffee. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was hot and delicious. When we went to leave, my husbands car battery died and we were stuck in the parking lot. I went back in and asked the owner if any of his workers were on their break and could give us a quick jump. He grabbed his keys and ran outside with me and jumped our car. I cannot say enough about this place. They certainly go above and beyond the call of service. We WILL be back :)

Even though Ive moved in and out of Ohio, Ive dined here since I was five, and it has always been a hometown favorite. It was then called Around theClock. This place has amazing eats, especially breakfast (come here hungry-and youll probably still have leftovers)! This spot is quite reasonably priced. Since I was young Ive loved viewing the various birds and squirrels out of the huge windows in the back portion of the restraunt. Tip Top is now one of my childs favorite places to have a bite and simultaneously birdwatch!

My husband and I ate here for the first time for breakfast this morning. We were not disappointed! Our breakfast was delicious and the service great! I had the Irish Eggs Benedict - a twist on the classic with corned beef instead of Canadian bacon. The hash browns were the real deal, not the frozen variety so prevalent in other restaurants. Crispy and just the right amount of tenderness. We will definitely be returning. The restaurant has a retro vibe and looks out over a scenic view of the park. We were pleased!

Went In for the all you can stomach salty chicken. We made a complaint of the fact that the chicken was inedible and whole family were called liars because they dont season with salt... tell that to someone else. Will never go back. Worst food ever even worse service. Dont waste your time, money or dignity eating there. Not family friendly either. Couldnt speak to a manager either 4th he guy was on vacation. Hope he wishes up and trains his staff to be more friendly.

Live right down the road from this little diner and eat here often. Id recommend sticking to breakfast and lunch(sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, etc...)meals. The dinner items Ive tried like pasta, breaded fish fillets and mashed potatoes were all quite bland(my theory is that they leave out the salt when cooking to accommodate the health concerns of their mostly senior customer base). Their fries, homemade ranch dressing and milkshakes though, are the best!

Came in with my girls and my best friend so they could try a new place to eat, was a great time all the way around. My friend had the Ruben sandwich with fries, kids had mozzarella sticks, spaghetti, applesauce, chicken tenders, and fries, i had the beef stroganoff for the second time, I have to say this place is amazing! I love the little waitress too her name is Ashley and she is absolutely awesome, GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES! We will be back for sure!

In 20 years Ive never had a really good meal or a bad meal here. The same with service. Its OK, Itll do and its fine. However the prices have dramatically changed over the years. Id call it coupon prices. Jacked up prices to offset thier widely distributed and used coupons. No pricing on the website menu is a tell. Average breakfast item is $10. No bang for the buck. Still, its always busy so what do I know.

First, the pic above is the original restaurant back in the day. The restaurant features daily specials for under 10 dollars. Thursday is All You Can Eat fried chicken with 2 sides for $7.99. The breading is very good and crispy and the breast alone is huge. The servers are very friendly. They also have carry-out specials. Its very casual and a nice place to unwind.

The Waitresses are very rude and talk about the customers. They wait until the patron they dont like leaves and then makes comments about them...I do not recommend this place to anyone...I guess if your a cop from Monroe Falls you get to eat for half price ...thats just wrong why are they giving the police 1/2 price meals...Seems a little strange to me...

Seriously the worst burger Ive had in a long time, everything is straight from frozen. I usually see one bad review in a sea of good ones and think, "that guy is just a complainer" nah man Ill eat anything and I COULD NOT finish my burger! Fries, onion rings and everything else is straight from the freezer/can and its all so processed and salty .

The food is amazing and everyone is super friendly very family friendly place I cant say enough great things about this place daily specials and everyone treats you like family try it and youll keep coming back plus there is catering for any big party plans and anything u want on the menu for togos

Food is always good. Have never had an issue with our meals. Friendly staff, clean and inviting. Its diner food. Not anything out of this world. Really dont know what people expect. Its not a gourmet restaurant. Its a grab a good meal for a good price kind of place.

Grew up going here when it was flag pole, loved it then. No its just gross!!!!! Smells like its still flag pole.... Breakfast is decent I guess, forget any other meals of the day. Rude waitresses, insulting waitresses, would advise against it to anyone!!!!!!!

Love love love it here! Great breakfast, comfortable atmosphere and pleasant staff. My favorite thing about this place is seeing the boss man helping the staff by cleaning tables, filling drinks and seating customers. Awesome place.
