Food was really good and the service was polite and as quick as they could be. Definitely a place worth trying if you like Vietnamese food. Went here for the first time the other night with my girlfriend and it was really busy. They barely had seating for the people coming in. It was just a waiter and waitress serving the whole place and they were frantically trying to keep up. Despite how busy they were, they kept their cool and tried the best they could and I couldnt really judge them for it. They worked hard and the food was good.

For same as burger, fries & drink at Wendys, we had healthy delicious pho & spicy beef salad. Bambu has relaxing lunch in clean comfortable surroundings in about 30 minutes, start to finish. The quality of the ingredients is obvious, as many are presented fresh to add to hot soup as desired in typical pho fashion. As good as any Little Saigon area restaurant but just 5 minutes from home on SR46, just west of I-4 near Sanford. Service is efficient & courteous. Consistently great, we will be back to Bambu soon.

I go have PhO everywhere, and this pho is okay, from a 1 to a 10 the pho is a 6.5 its not bad but its not great. As I was eating my noodles there was a big piece of hair stuck in one of my pieces of Tendon. I noticed and told the manager, I was disgusted, it was literally cooked into it. The guy comes back and says "the cooks say it is hair from the cow"! YEAH RIGHT!!! thats a humans hair, tendon is the inside of a cow. Try PHO 88 or Saigon in china town, it is way better.

Food was OK at best, probably a good vegetarian / vegan choice. My main issue with the place was the fact I ordered a meal, and asked the waiter to make sure there was no cilantro in the meal, as Im allergic. When dish came out, it was full of cilantro. Had to pick out every piece and still had a minor reaction. This was easily avoidable. My roommate also went to eat and asked for no tripe in his meal. They also ignored his request. OK food, bad service.

The restaurant is under new management for the last 2 years. It used to be very bad, now it makes a 360 degree turn around. The cook is the owner, who is originally from California. He makes the best Vietnamese pancake, Pho. So glad to have an authentic Vietnamese food in Sanford/Lake Mary area, so we dont have to keep driving all the way to downtown Orlando. Great food, great service :)

I eat pho atleast once a week and I was SO excited when I found out there was a place closer to home. I stopped to try it and they were so friendly and the Pho WOW SO SO SO fresh it was delicious! The summer rolls were awesome too! Im calling in an order as I type this! :)

Very cute authentic place. Chicken spring rolls were a delight. Ordered the chicken fried rice after seeing menu pic of a delicious one; must have been a previous offer because contained no veggies, just chicken and rice. However, the rice and chicken were great!

My wife and I love going to Bambu for the authentic Vietnamese! The short ribs were juicy and had great flavor. My wife had the pho and said the broth was perfect and chicken tasted great.

Extremely clean and pleasant atmosphere. Fast service, huge portions. Food was delicious and hot. I got the chicken pho soup and shrimp rolls and every bit was tasty!!! Ill be back.

So glad we have a good Vietnamese spot locally. Korean now Vietnamese, we just need a good Chinese restaurant(dimsum) and there wont be a need to make trips to Mills any longer.
