Purchased a pizza from a competitor. All the toppings were in the middle of the large pie. When i called them the mgr said they had been busy and it wouldnt happen again. Hmm, no apology, nothing. Stopped in at Gioninos for a pie. They were VERY busy! BUT all the employees were helping each other and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I ordered a small deluxe with white sauce. Absolutely scrumptious, loaded with sausage, gr pepper, onions, pepperoni and mushrooms! And all distributed evenly so that every bite was the same as the first! You will always have my business! Fantastic pizza! Thank you!!!

I love Gioninos as a chain, but Twinsburg needs to work on quality a little more. Service was great, but the antipasto salad I got was "prepped" way too long. I am allergic to banana peppers and they were just picked off the top but my lettuce was soaked in the juices of the peppers. I started to throw that half of it away, while scooping out the bad the whole bottom layer of lettuce was brown. Very unappetizing, the whole thing went in the trash.

Good pizza but 80% of the time I call (around 8:30), theyre no longer delivering! Its Thursday and theyre closing early, as usual.
