While all the staff members have been friendly and very pleasant, the female co-owner is unbearable. On multiple occasions, Ive had a run in with this woman. She is rude, unfriendly, sarcastic, and lacking customer service skills. I thought maybe I caught her on a bad day the first time she gave me a negative tone/look/attitude, but the same personality came through the other day. I understand that restaurant work can be stressful, but there is no need to take it out on customers. Other people have mentioned this negative woman to me as well. As far as I’m concerned, I’ve given that place too many chances already. Because of how this woman treated and spoke to me, I will NEVER return to Your Pizza Shop. I work too hard for my money to be spent at a place that treats me poorly and as though I am a burden rather than a customer.

The owner is almost there, ready with a smile and exemplary customer service for everyone - a great supporter for the local schools, gives great prices for his customers, especially when you are buying for a school or other large event - always! Your Pizza has gone above and beyond in giving back to the community. Jesse is very generous and giving guy with an great business- hope it comes back to him again and again. Awesome pizza and great subs, plus the most amazing salads -wow - excellent! Phenomenal, and prices are beyond fair! Great food for a great price - check them out!

If you want ridiculously delicious food at great prices PLUS the most friendly and helpful staff you dont need to go any farther that Your Pizza Shop. I make it a point to get food here at least once a week because of the above. I only wish I would have discovered this place sooner than I did. This is the way a restaurant should be run...A 5 star rating isnt as good as this place deserves,

Great pizza and great price. But the best thing of all is their customer service! The staff is SO friendly! Ive come to understand that they are recently under new ownership, but nothing has changed. They were super friendly before and theyre super friendly now! We order food for lunch at least once a week or once every couple weeks and the food is always consistent.

So I work at a near by business and order pizza for the crew once a week. I always ask where you guys wanna get pizza from and its been Your pizza for prob 3 months now lol. Great pizza always comes hot like its right out of the oven. Great service every time very happy customer

Jeff the owner is wonderful, he always greets me in person and on the phone with respect and appreciation. I can not say enough about the quality of his establishment and I hope he stays in New Philadelphia for a long time. When you order, tell him his favorite doctor sent you.

Cheese sticks were cold fish was disgusting. Fries were not cooked all the way. Food was just really bad. Delivery girl was really friendly and nice. I give her a ten. Otherwise very disappointed.
