If I could give this place no stars I would....My wife and I each got a pasta dish to go and it was hands down the worst Italian food ive ever had. My wife ordered Fettuccine Alfredo, instead she received a poor spaghetti Alfredo interpretation...I ordered baked ziti... what I received was equally poorly prepared. Basically it was penne pasta in a soupy marinara sauce with some really bad processed mozzarella cheese which wasnt shredded it was large slices laid over the top so it was like a carpet I could pick up and look under. These guys have NO CLUE what Italian food is... Id avoid this place at all cost

Owner was rude! Not worth $42.00. I ordered stuffed shells and lasagna for my husband. Both were cold in the center when we opened it up. I am giving 2 stars because the canolis were good and the bread was hot. However when I called to let them know the owner said it was impossible for it to be cold and then became very defensive. He didnt even offer an apology. I explained that we live less than a mile away and it wasnt a big deal but I just wanted to let them know. He then said "what do u want me to do about it?!" This was the first and last time we ever order. Being polite goes along way in my book...

I ordered a pizza and it gets to me with the cheese all flopped on to one side. I called and spoke to owner and all he stated, Ill tell my delivery guy,, then I mentioned what about the customer, now I have to fix something that was not properly delivered. I told him that at least he should of offered a new pizza or even a discount on the next one or maybe a slice of pizza in the long run, his statement was well you can fix it in the oven. This owner is thinking small and these days with all the pizza shops around isnt thinking about customer service. He will always stay small. Not recommend.

I had a lot of high expectations of this place per the good reviews. I did read one review that explained how poor the baked ziti was. This was a somewhat accurate review. How do you make baked ziti with penne pasta?!!!! Makes no sense Baked Ziti should be made with Ziti noodles!! The pizza looked decent but the ziti sauce was too salty and heavy. Sorry but I was not very impressed with this place. Additionally, the rolls or knots were hard as a rock...just poor food.

I ordered a 18" pizza and 2 orders of wings for delivery, A $65.51 order. The pizza order was wrong and the pizza was stuck to the top of the box. After calling the owner, he wanted the girl that took the other to PAY for the replacement. Im sorry but that is NO way to run any business. The cook, the driver, the nice girl that took the order and the kid that takes out the garbage is the OWNERS RESPONSIBLE for all of their actions.

Wings were large and hot yet not much sauce or heat to them. Stromb oli was hot and fresh yet very few toppings inside. Had to get my own drink and order at the counter because a server did not come to me. The ambiance ous wonderful with Italian opera plating very softly in the background. Over all an enjoyable meal that came with an expensive price tag.

We came to Florida 5 years ago from NY, and we truly missed home ESPECIALLY for the NY Pizza, but I must say this place is JUST AS GOOD as the NY Pizza from Time Square we are so used to. Best Part is now I dont have to get an ear full from my wife talking about how Pizza sucks in Florida because this Pizza Connoisseur loved every bite!

Just called for a delivery order, but no delivery guy was available. Just told the owner Id drive over and pick it up. I would much rather do that than get delivery from any of the many MANY other places weve tried over the last seventeen years. This is the only pizza that tastes like my favorite places in NJ . Terrific food.

Ok Worst food Ive eaten. Shrimp in scampi was rock hard....Salad lettuce was old and spoiled...biggest waste of 50 dollars for food ever. Dont waste your time or money. You are totally wrong..You didnt check anything..Would never return...every meal was bad.I would have given zero stars but wouldnt allow me.

Twice now the person taking the order entered our address incorrectly and sent his driver all over North Fort Myers. Pizza was warm but soggy. They also added a $4.00 delivery charge because the address that the order taker entered was incorrect. We refused the pizza and WILL NOT order from them again.

Lucky for us we live nearby!! We call for delivery or pick up any way we can get this yummy food in to our house. With Holidays here we are happy we can order for our family and guest. The food is fresh and you can taste it the minute it hits your mouth. Thank You Bella Mia!

Excellent. Eaten here a few times. Pizza is always fresh and done just right. Today I had white pizza with little clouds of ricotta on top. And some real bacon pieces sprinkled about. It was over the top delicious! Get his lunch special of 2 large pieces with a drink.

Just left Bella Mia, THE BEST PIZZA IN THE FT MYERS area. Reminds me of the pizza I grew up with in Jersey. Generous cheese and sauce, great sauce with the right amount of herbs. Loose chunk sausage and tasty pepperoni, everything is fresh and flavorful.

Excellent food, and Sal provides a REAL Italian service, and experience, as all the food, and pastries are fresh! Garlic knots! Fresh Caesar Salad! Pizza! Pastries! Highly recommend if you want REAL Italian food, cooked by an Italian (Sals Dad).

ordered a strombolli to go with pepp and onion. when we picked it up it was not thoroughly baked; the cheese was not at all melted (placed in oven once home). In addition to being under baked it barely had any pepp. Will not be ordering again.

MOST delicious pizza!! I especially like getting a slice on my way home Friday night and they toss it into the ovens there and its delicious!! My favorite treat. Nice people there - never had a bad experience with service or staff.

Poor customer service, but delicious pizza and calzones. We visited in August and the restaurant seemed not to have air. We had to ask for our drinks repeatedly, napkins, and our check. Maybe we would get take out next time.

Dont charge me two bucks for an "outrageous amount of toppings" and then give me this. The pizza is mediocre, the wings are mediocre, and the stromboli is mediocre. If I want mediocre, Ill order from a major chain.
