Arrived here on our first night , food was reasonable, balloon girl was very good, but & big but, when it came to paying, our waiter presented us with our bill and as we were very tired ,we wanted to pay up and go but he was not to be seen, we then paid the staff member that seated us and left the restaurant leaving more that the 18% gratuity demanded on the bill, we were walking up the pavement towards our hotel when a man came shouting behind us saying "you didnt pay me", I said I paid your colleague, he demanded I return to the restaurant, which I did and I described the staff member that i paid , and it sounded like he never heard of him, this person came out and quickly clarified that I did pay, but no apology from the waiter that followed me up the pavement, shame it put a sour end to an otherwise ok night.

Staying nearby on holiday and felt very unwelcome as a tourist. Once the 2 at the front desk had finished talking to themselves about us wanting a table for 4, we were shown to the table by someone who was clearly mute. Left hanging for over 10 minutes with no one taking drinks order, others coming in after us got served drinks before us. Then served by an abrupt waiter, whilst watching others around us who came in afterwards getting their food first. When the food finally came it was OK but nothing special. Had the the thickest thin crust Pizza Ive ever seen! Disappointed, and cost more than any other meal out so far, but by far the worst experience. Shame, but wont be returning. Would favour McDonalds over this place.....

From the outside it appeared nice, and was easy to walk to from the hotel. We walked in to an empty restaurant and sat at a table made for 8 people, there were only 2 of us. The seating has huge holes. Our server showed up about 10 minutes later, to take our food order. First came the under fried, friend calamari, with a very rubber like taste. Following, I got the chicken Parmesan, but first waited 10 minutes to get a drink. The pasta definently came from a box, and the same goes with the sauces they used. Nothing special here, and very bad service. I think we saw the server twice. Once at order and once for the check.

Absolutely horrible. We moved to FL recently from Long Island where food is excellent- however so far we have found wonderful places that we love. We went to Orlando for a short vacation to Disney and stayed outside the property. We decided to order from this place one night and all I can say is, big mistake. We ordered chicken Parmesan and a spaghetti dish. The chicken was literally a microwaveable chicken patty with horrible sauce and the spaghetti tasted like it had sat in water for hours and was mushy. And not to mention, we were hung up on 3 times before someone took our order. We will never eat there again.

At first , I ask for my Moscato wine and they didnt have it ,,the host tried to accommodate me with another wine, but when my boyfriend went to the men bathroom, he notice theres a 8"×10" wide and guess what was coming out of there ?, RATS, YES! RATSSSS Im not kidding you. Im calling the health department to let them know, because the Asian lady manager know and she did nothing about it. Can you imagine , what can we be eating in our food. This is disgusting. Omg! Dont go there, and if you go. Make sure they have pass health inspection. For the sake of your children. No wonder people get sick.

What kind of Italian place doesnt have a edible red sauce. I rather have had Ragu sauce instead and their prices were too much for the quality we got for take out. Mozzarella wedges and the parmigiana were ruined by a poor breading that to make up for the lack of flavor they add crushed red pepper to the appetizers and sauce. Garlic knots were just oily and again covered in red pepper flakes without any mention of this on the menu missed the taste of the garlic. The house ravioli came is a cream sauce where you could see that the majority of it was oil.

The place looks like an old Indian or Chinese Restaurant. The furniture is probably the most uncomfortable I have sat in at a restaurant. The food was bordering on shocking, my son felt really ill 10mins after eating his main course, which he didnt finish. Service was abrupt with the waiter couldnt wait to get away from the table, drinks were ordered in 2 and 3s as he kept leaving to serve other tables. All in all the worst restaurant I have been in in Florida. Terrible service and terrible food!!!!! take my advice and keep away.

PICK THIS ONE over others 4 sure.......On Vacation @ Disney w/ 2x teens, needed a C food place, read reviews and headed out. Were not disappointed. It is a good secret for some reason. Hardly anyone there, atmosphere was great. Robert, our waiter, substituted the scallops for the fish 4 me & rice for potatoes for my son w/ no ?s. Large portions, good presentation. Manager came to check up on us, very pleasant lady. I would make this an annual trip stop. Not cheap, but compared to some others round here, definitely worth it.

Food was ok. Service was HORRIBLE. Several in our party only recieved 1 drink, asked for bread and waited until our meal was almost there before receiving. Portions are huge, Even kids, (big enough for a small adult) they have paper on the table but no crayons to occupy the kids. A must considering the proximity to hotels. Prices are competitive with location. I would recommend families go to Applebees around the corner. Im sure it wont hurt the wallet as bad and everyone will leave happy.

While on vacation we hit the strip and got take out for everyone, Little Italy said the order will take 15-20 took over 50 minutes for a chicken parm, with lasagna and a medium pizza. Both the receptionist and the manager gave different stories as to why the food was not done. We get back to the hotel with two ravenous kids and the pizza was underdone. There is a nice Indian place and a Japanese place in the strip Id suggest trying them or at least pay when the food is done.

The Shrimp Linguine in Vodka sauce isnt on the menu but the kitchen is flexible and they made it special for me, it was very good, Large shrimp & large portion, very hot when served. Garlic Bread Loaf was awesome. The help was marginal, the hostess kept coming back to the bar staff to gossip about the employees who were fired the night before. The bathroom was in the middle of reconstruction and I only found out about it after entering the room, they could have posted a sign.

My fiance and I were hunting around for dinner and we stumbled upon this gem. We got dinner to go because it was nearing closing time. The hostess was beautifully kind and gave us free garlic bread. The bread was crunchy yet soft, the sauce in both the Alfredo and the tortellini was to die for, and the mushrooms were wonderfully cooked. Both meals were also package extra hot so by the time we got home the food still had that freshly severed heat. All in all wonderful dinner!
