The Pasta Oven had disappointed me in the past and I hadnt eaten there in a few years until today. I read something recently about The Pasta Oven having changed some things so I thought Id give them another try. WOW! The first thing that I noticed was everything was neat and clean and the staff was very nice and welcoming. That had not always been the case and was very pleasant to see but the real test was the food. We ordered a pasta dinner with meatballs, a pizza, a sub and a salad. Everything was cooked to perfection. The pizza was off the hook good and that had been my main complaint against The Pasta Oven in the past. The pasta sauce was the best that Ive had from any takeout joint in the area. From what Im told, the sub and salad were very good also. The Pasta Oven has found their way back on my list of places to eat and could possibly become a true favorite if my future experiences are this good. This is a wonderful thing since choices in the area are limited and they are located almost within walking distance of my home. They do charge a hefty amount but Im willing to pay a few dollars more if the quality is there. WTG Pasta Oven!

We were given a menu for Pasta Oven when we checked into a nearby campground. My husband loves pasta, so we made our way over to Rock Creek. The staff was friendly from the start. My husband had the chicken parm and I ordered a calzone. Tuesday is calzone special day, so my one item calzone was $6. Oh my goodness that calzone was huge! The chicken parm was a very generous portion as well. The food was very good, and I have more than enough calzone left to share with my husband for lunch tomorrow. Pasta Oven is a gem in the tiny town of Rock Creek. If we come back to the area, it will definitely be a place well visit again.

One of the worst dining experiences, that I have had in awhile. I ordered the Special, the Ravioli, with a slice of Garlic Bread. The plate was small, with four Raviolis with red sauce over the top, and unmelted Mozzarella cheese. The Garlic Bread, had very little Garlic butter on it, and very little in the way of Garlic taste. The pasta, tasted like it was frozen from a bag, and the sauce straight from a can. The mens room was gross, it smelled so bad, that I was about to throw up, when I went in there. All in all this was a bad experience, that I will not repeat.

I went there for first time today wanted chicken but they were out I guess its that good so I settled for a cabage roll dinner it was good but yo much rice in mix pluss cabage on the over cooked side potatoes should have been mashed but it came with cubed hard i was disappointed over all with food but the staff were very friendly and the had the browns game on while I waited Im from clevelad so I gave them stars

A bit on the pricy side, but the menu is very diverse and allows a lot of different options, which is good because its not like you have a ton of options in Rock Creek. It would help if they had at least a couple different pizza sizes, too. Love the wings (Wednesday night is wing night) and JoJos. The Calzones are enormous and delicious.

Excellent food and staff, at first I thought the prices were a little high and then I seen the portions! They easily accommodate large groups and families stop in and check out this locally owned and operated restaurant.

Im a regular at the Pasta Oven and have never had a bad experience here. Daily specials are great, especially the one item canzone on Tuesday or the wings on Wednesday.
