I love Brixx, and have been a long-time regular customer of the restaurant. But my last few experiences with this location have left a bad taste in my mouth. The food is great - thats not the issue. But the service has been snotty, spotty and downright rude, and I just cant support that. This week, I contacted them about bringing a large group in for a team dinner, and was told on the phone, quite rudely, that they cant deal with a group that takes up a third of their restaurant. Rather than suggesting an alternative time, or being polite about turning us away, the person on the phone just shut down the conversation and left me feeling like I was out of line for even asking. I plan large events all the time and work with venues all over Charlotte, and Ive never been treated so rudely on the phone. Sorry that you all are so busy, you dont have the time to mind your Ps and Qs, but I dont have time to deal with that type of attitude or a business that has no problem turning away a group of paying customers. Sorry, Brixx-Foxcroft. I loved you once, but Ive lost that loving feeling. You can find me at one of Charlottes many excellent restaurants, enjoying both excellent food and service.

The food is sub-par and the price does not reflect the quality of the food. The sandwiches are worse than the prepackaged ones sitting around for hours in the grocery store. Specifically, the mozzarella and tomato sandwich was 90% bread, with a few scraps of tomatoes and barely any mozzarella, which had congealed into a foul paste that clearly hadnt been freshly prepared. The soups look like theyve passed through your digestive system. The barbecue pizza had chicken that was fresh out of a can and the Bronx Bomber flat-out bombed. Repulsive. After two depressing visits, I wont be returning. The only perk of this restaurant is the good service and atmosphere (or perhaps the chance to get drunk on pizza-tinis ($8) and than not be able to properly taste your food), but otherwise save your money and taste buds.

Truly awful. Like saltine crackers with some Italian stuff on it. Crust thinner than a flour tortilla. Extra cheese counts for nothing-- probably less cheese than a Wendys Double! Crust, sauce, toppings for the Bronx Bomber, with extra cheese measured a little over 1/4" thick. Thats just wrong. Very dry. Dessicated. No joy in Mudville! They need to send someone to Lombardis in Manhattan to see how its done. And if you want to argue about coal fired vs wood fired, go to La Sorrentina Ristorante in Brooklyn. Ask for Manny. Tell him Graces nephew Frank sent you!

My food waa great but the 2 people I came with got almost nothing on their plates. They finished in 3 minutes while i waa eating for about 20 min. When they asked the waiter if they could get more than 5 bites of pasta he said you have to know to ask for extra and its $2 more lol. We are still sitting here waiting for the extra we ordered 20 min ago right after we got here.

My favorite Brixx of those located within 10 miles of downtown, although all are good. Good outdoor and indoor setup. Good menu choices regarding salads, pizzas, pastas. They always have a good craft beer selection that includes some more obscure ones. Good TV setup indoors if you want to watch a game. I enjoyed catching some NCAA Sweet 16 BB at the location recently.

Service was terrible. Took 20 mins just to get our drinks to us. On a busy night I might be a bit understanding, but this was a Tuesday night. Once we got our drinks, we find 3 glasses that were cracked. Still waiting for dinner so well see how the rest of the meal goes. The Blakeney location us much better. I wont be back!

The Brixx Pizza on Fairview boasts curbside service. However, they let anyone park in the reserved spaces, making it a difficult situation where you have to hap-hazzardly park while you run in to get your order. Lastly, they charge a premium for tiny portions. I say "Booooooo". Never going back again!

The pizza had a good flavor to it. They only offer one size from what I remember and the prices were a little steep. Not the best Ive had but certainly not the worst. I would advise people to try it for themselves and develop own opinions. 4 stars because I did think it was pretty good.

Decent place for pizza. Their prices are decent and I cant really complain about it. There are other places in Charlotte with pizza that is far better than this, but when I am taking the family out for a meal and dont want to break the bank, I come here.

Coming from South Africa good pizza is hard to find. Brixx wood fired pizza is just about the best pizza we have had here. We ordered a take away so I cannot comment on the restaurant experience, but the food was delicious. Will definitely go back.

Worst customer service ever.. Bartendars are very rude and have no personality. If 2 people are sitting at the bar you should make conversation with your customers intead of talking to your manager or co workers the whole time. Never will return.

The food was fantastic, but the portions, not so much. For about sixteen dollars you can get a Shrimp Carbonara that barely covers the plate in a thin layer of penne. If youre coming here, you better have a coupon or gift card.

Havent been here yet. But I heard its a great place to eat. Im born and raised with NY pizza and Italian food. My brother has 2 Italian spots in NY Hampton bays and JAKE airport. Looking forward to checking this place out....

Great meals and great service. The Magherita pizza was good, also had the chicken mushroom pizza. Pricing is great and we used a coupon. Full menu and they also serve Olde Mecklenburg Brewery Copper beers!!

Great brick oven pizza and get friendly service. Weve visited 3 different locations in Charlotte and have enjoyed them all. The hummus appetizer has a unique black bean hummus that is delicious.

This has been one of my favorite restaurants since moving to Charlotte. Its a very casual feel, nothing fancy, but food is good and staff is friendly. Couldnt ask for more for a casual night out.
