The worst experience ive ever had out eating. The lady working, Im guessing who was the owner, stood a couple tables away from me talking to my tables waitress in Chinese, staring and pointing at me. All because I told her I did not eat my plate I gotten and I will not be eating, she asked "why" and I told her "the food was old and clearly sitting out all day, I dont want to eat." She then made a scene by walking to the buffet and picking up the varies of food yelling "how this old ? My food not old !" I said to the owner "that was not what I put on my plate or what I want" and I walked back over to my seat because she then ignored me and was not responding to me, just talking to other workers around in a language I couldnt understand. About 5 minutes later the owner is walking around offering "fresh crab ragoons" to each table. (The food I did choose on my plate) she gets to my table gives one to my friend eating and takes my silverwear from in front of me. After that is when she was speaking and staring at me, when I looked back at her she does the motion with her fingers, like my eyes are watching you. RUDE ! I waiting till my friends paid to ask her why she pointed at me and what she was saying about me, she told me "she not talk to me. I never pay." Mind you Ive paid every other regretful time I ate here. When I walked out she told my friends "I said to my worker to watch her face, she cant come back here" I couldnt believe this woman or this experience, if she talks about and points at the wrong person someday they might not handle it as nicely as I did. I will never go here again on my own choice and I dont suggest anyone does. Itll close down soon Im sure.

Food was NOT fresh. We went right after the lunch special, which ends at 3:30. We got there at 4:15. Food was still not fresh. When we asked for our check, we requested the lunch special prices because we were not impressed with the food, the lady got very defensive and brought us over donuts (biscuit like w/ sugar coating) that they had put out AFTER we had already eaten to prove that the food was in fact fresh now. We gave the lady many examples of what we were not impressed with and all she could say was the the donuts were fresh now and we had to "wait for a second". Also, I love Crab Rangoon so much, but at this place it was so stale and had hardly anything in them. Definitely not worth $9.99 not even worth the $6.99 lunch special prices. So not impressed. Very gross. If I could give it 0 stars, I honestly would.

Oh man it was really bad. The selection was dismal and everything was dead under heat lamps. And this was 7pm on a Friday, what should be peak time. They really didnt have Asian favorites, and calling it a Mongolian BBQ is a stretch. They had beef ribs and thats all for that category. The sushi was imitation crab salad with grey Avocado. Literally the only thing that was decent was the frog legs, and Im not a picky eater. I left hungry. Even the service was awful. It took 5 full minutes to get a soda. Just horrible. Get some takeout from China one instead. Oh! And there was a warning sign on the door saying any leftovers deemed excessive would be boxed, weighed, and added to your bill. Holy cow!

Place is very clean, staff being attention and friendly all the time. Few options from Japanese food but the Chinese buffet is very good. Good taste! O lugar é muito limpo, a equipe é atenciosa e amigável o tempo todo. Poucas opções de comida japonesa, mas o buffet chinês é muito bom. Saboroso!

I walked in with my disabled neither and my service animal. After explaining to them she is required, and showing proper identification I was then told I need to be in the back so other customers do not see the animal. While using my service animal to walk to the buffet I was then told I mist leave the animal in the rear of the restaurant. I require my service animal to get around I explained this to them. I am now waiting for the police to arrive to prove the federal law. I will not return to this location again.

The lady working when we went in late one weekend was so nice and made us a bunch of fresh food because it was late and things on the buffet were getting kind of dry. It was so nice of her to have them not only cook the food fresh, but brought a big plate full of everything they cooked right to our table. Even fried french fries for the boys and the little donuts were so good fresh and hot for dessert. She also brought us boxes and let us bring home everything that was left over.

It was pretty good! we went for lunch and ate for around 8$ a person and 3.99 for the little one. i will say i am going earlier next time due to the fact that they were changing from lunch to dinner midway through our visit, (dinner switch is at 4:00) but overall the food tasted great theres a solid selection and ahhh yes the deserts are always a nice treat after all the intense amount of food settles in your stomache. Its a good place to go for sure

As a regular here I can honestly say ---- "Another great meal at the Bamboo Garden". Since the current owners took over I have never gone away disappointed. Large variety of food items, Sushi , appetizers and desserts , Clean restaurant and the owners are always friendly and eager to please. A great place for family get together s or business lunches.. Good for a casual date night too.

I ordered delivery which was promised in 20-30 minutes, it arrived 1 hour later. The food was so-so. It didnt taste bad, but the egg rolls were overcooked, crab rangoon had very little filling, the bonless pork strips were very fatty, the egg foo yung was very greasy and the mixed soup was pretty tasteless. I would not order again. The delivery person was quite polite.

The place is indeed big with plenty of parking and seating, has 6 standard buffet bars, a sushi bar, a dessert bar, and a Mongolian BBQ bar, lots to choose from. Price is decent, around $7 per person for lunch, but the place focuses on quantity, not quality, and some of the food is not the freshest around, especially the seafood ones.

The food was sickening and obviously not fresh. The buns were the only semi edible thing. Even the diet coke tasted off. The cheese inside the crab rangoons was curdled. The "chicken" skewers were obviously NOT chicken. They werent any meat Id ever tasted, as a matter of fact. The crawdads smelled horrible, even as shellfish goes.

Its cheap no frills. Stuff is usually a little stale and a little cool. BUT IT IS CHEAP. !! If you want good quality food and nice service you must pay.. Please please dont put the only place panhandlers can afford to eat. It is the first time I have seen hot dog sushi. And pband j. Sushi.
