We arrived and it was pretty dead. As in, not even half the tables had customers. We had a party of six. We had to wait 10 minutes for a table. We were seated in a booth. Granted, six can fit, as long as you dont need to use your arms or elbows. My husband is a large man and Im a larger than average woman. With 4 teens added on it was incredibly uncomfortable. (Shortly after we were seated a party of six came and they tried to give them a booth but they refused and made them push tables together) Our drink order was taken quickly, but they came out one or two at a time. Within a ten minute period. (That is 10 minutes from the first drink coming out, not since we ordered) we found a booster seat under our table and got it out and set it on the floor near us. No one picked it up. Our food took about 40 minutes. Our waitress was busy talking or playing on her cell phone. My lemon for my water took 3 requests and she didnt get any until I got a refill. My husband asked about his and she didnt remember him asking for lemon. When she was refilling drinks occasionally she would say "your food is coming up now" Then the next refill the same thing. Then a third time. We were ready to just leave but it finally arrived. My dish was not done well (bourbon chicken) and my broccoli was way undercooked. Everyone else had a burger and fries and they were satisfied. Wasnt great but decent. But with a 83 dollar bill, poor service, and super long waits for that much cash we were planning on barely tipping, if at all. And as former servers (both my husband and myself) we are very generous with our tipping. We ended up tipping more than we wanted to because we were so tired of waiting for her that we werent waiting for change. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

My fiance , two kids and myself went here 2/18/2013 for lunch and were disgusted. We very rarely get time to go to lunch together and thought we would try a new place. It was by no means packed yet the service was dreadfully slow. I ordered the unlimited lunch while my fiance ordered the ruben sandwich. Her ruben came out cold with the cheese not even melted. For myself, i had the broccoli and cheese soup with a ceasar salad. The ceasar dressing was the most disgusting thing ive ever had, it was a mix between vinegar and italian dressing. The soup came out luke warm both times and eventually made my stomach sick. Our drinks were refilled only after getting our servers attention and asking specifically for more as well as having to ask repeatedly for more soup and a new salad. If you go to olive gardens they will constantly check on you and ask if you need refills especially if you ordered the endless lunch, yet here it was like pulling teeth. How on earth do you serve soup cold? They sit is soup pots with the heat on at all times, its just sad when you screw up a salad and soup. We will never, ever , EVER return. BEWARE

My fiance and I received a gift card and since he had never been, we decided to give it a try. To start, we werent even acknowledged when we entered - one girl was on the phone, another just looked at us then walked away. A few minutes later, we were told it would be a 15 minute wait, even though there were empty tables. This was a Thursday evening, around 7 pm, so it wasnt that busy. When we were seated, the girl who seated us mumbled through her "greeting", then the waiter arrived. He took our orders and the food arrived in a decent amount of time. He didnt ask us if things were to our liking, nor did he come back and refill the drinks. We asked for the check, paid the check, and he never returned. No "thanks for stopping by", nothing. As we got up to leave, nothing was said by ANY of the staff that we passed on the way out. The food was great. The service was terrible. Im just glad we had a gift card and didnt spend our OWN money on this place. We will NOT be returning to this restaurant.

This is one of those places that I can take it or leave it. This time, it was a take it experience. Part of the reason is the server who took care of us, he was friendly and helpful. Tyler also paid attention to us but was also not popping up at our table so often as to be a nuisance. I also like that the menu includes calorie info to help you decide what you want to eat, that is if you care about that. I got a burger and substituted the beef for a veggie pattie - trying to cut calories. It was good but the patty kept falling apart. It was still a tasty burger, just a bit messy. Tyler apparently knew that would happen, he had brought us extra napkins and several packages of hand wipes. This trip was good for me so I will be going back at some point - I tend to go to some restaurants frequently and others not so much. I probably will get the veggie burger again, IF Im looking to go low-cal, but there are so many other tasty items that I just might go for the gusto.

The food was amazing and the waitress victoria was on point. We normaly eat at this restaurant every Saturday after church, but i overheard a manager named Ana talking to her co-workers so disrespectful. As long as any of those workers have to deal with her and her disgusting attitude i will never spend another dollar in that resturant again. No one should be treated like how she treats her co-workers and ill make sure to tell my friends and family to never eat at this establishment again. People like her dont deserve to make a living off of my money and belittle people for no reason. She showed no professionalism and if she treats her coworkers like that in the open imagine how the rest of management treats their employees behind closed doors.

First the good. Food was slightly above average. Canjun shrimp and chicken pasta was very good. Steak was a very fatty cut, so only managed to eat half. Price was about right. Now the bad, service through while meal was slow. Paid ten dollars for all you can eat appetizers for our family of four. Only got 8 small potato skins whole dinner. Never once asked if we wanted refills. F+ for service. To top off when we pulled out of parking lot we saw Dave our service sitting outside on the phone. Never go back to this restraunt again. DAVE from T.G.I. Friday ruined our dining experience.

Okay, Ill give just 2 stars. The waiter was a nice man, even though it took him almost 15mins to come back to use. Not even a check in to see if we needed anything, they really werent busy either ...but my biggest complaint is the food, it was pathetic. Ive been to other TGIF and have never see the food so poorly done. If you are spending 11$+ on a meal it better come out looking good. Mine came out looking like I home made it for a kid with a slap of craft cheese for their "cheese chicken" dinner thing. Really really sad. I dont see the price matching the food at this one.
