While the bagels are average ( we are talking bagels) the service is significantly below average, most of the time there are young high school kids with no supervision ",rude would be an understatement . There is no way to show you how they package your food, its horrable and no e-mail contact on their web sight to send them your complaints picture ( looks like they do not want feed back)

I go here every so often for a breakfast sandwich. You order and then they prepare your sandwich from freshly made bagels, fresh eggs, and sausage cooked just for you. So everything arrives at your table super hot! I love it as I am sure you will too!

Just got a sandwich and latte. Latte was aweful. It was supposed to have whip on it and wasnt even filled to the top. On top of that they have me the wrong bread on my sandwich.

They claim they sell cheese bagels but they never have them on the shelf if theyre not going to sell them they need to remove the basket so there is no choice for them
