This review applies to ALL 5 GUYS restaurants. Regards the god awful LOUD music that corp apparently feels adds drive, energy and hopping bopping customers! No way. I only endure the restaurants ad the burgers are OK, the fall apart buns horrible. A change of burgers from the other choices of the King or McD. In all the visits and drive by observations Ive seen a few tables occupied. Certainly not to the capacity the is available......corporate folks does that tell you something about the ambiance...NOISE? You get paid the big $$$$$$ so you figuer it out. While you are figuering things out hows about working on that fall apart bun.

Theyre amazing here. I have food allergies and Im used to dealing with strong chances of cross contamination, but as soon as they heard mention the cooks changed gloves and tools for me and cleaned a grill off. Its the only place Ive ever been that specifically asked if my special order was because of allergies and then took extra steps to ensure that my food was safe. Ive always enjoyed their burgers and fries but was very, very impressed with this.

As close to In n Out this side of the Mississippi. (If you order it correctly). Though they miss the mark with the options of added toppings. Leaving people confused and able to add anything just for the sake of adding it. Never resonating a long lasting impression on the actual "burger" itself. I think that and the fries are "OK". They sell the peanuts angle well with kids as it keeps them occupied. I like that.

Mediocre burger, sub-par, flaccid, grease loaded fries....and overpriced. Not terrible or "bad" per se, just not for me. (note- I could ding it another star for very poor/uninviting atmosphere, but am choosing to let my review reflect only the food experience)

great food, atmosphere and employees..however the over priced burgers prevent me from going back :-( I just go to Max & Ermas if I want a big juicy Burger w.fries, a drink & desert included for HALF THE PRICE!

Overhyped and expensive for a burger place. The music is way too loud , you can hardly carry on a conversation. The French fries are very greasy and the hamburgers are just mediocre. Overall not very good.

Cashier was not so personable, but not rude. Order was correct and food was hot. As with any Five Guys, orders take 10+ minutes and the prices were higher than I would like.
