Im so disappointed with the service here. So I order from buffalo wild wings every week with orders that are $50+. This is the third time they gave me the wrong amount of wings. It wasnt a few, this was a whole orders worth of wings (6+). This was the last straw. I called and spoke to Olivia who said she would let me speak to the manger and then hung up immediately after. My fiance who then called was hung up on twice before speaking to someone. They wouldnt do anything to solve the problem. We just wanted an apology for their poor service. We did not ask to be compensated at all yet they still treated us as garbage. If you order from this place I suggest you count the amount of wings they give you before you leave or even take a bite. Im going to report them and file a complaint to the BBB for their poor service and poor attitude. If you love buffalo wild wings I suggest ordering from a different place or counting the wings before you leave.

I have been here before and had good service but the last time i went really turned me off. Me and my 3 year old son waited 15 minutes to be seated. I was told that tables needed to be cleaned. The person that was told to clean the tables was standing 3 feet from us talking to other staff for 15 minutes. We were the only ones waiting for a table. The hostess reminded him twice to clear tables so we can sit but he continued his conversation until she finally cleared us a table herself. I may or may not be back. Was not a good experience.

The Mojitos are to live for! Our waitress could have been more friendly. She seemed to have an attitude about something. That kind of nastiness can spread to your food. How about this on kids half price days, instead of showing sports and CNN news (car bombings, celebrities in trouble, earthquakes, etc.) why not show sports on some monitors, and cartoons or educational programming for the children? The restaurant was packed with families with small children, and all they saw was sports and bad news.

So I called in a take out order the girl on the phone barely knew what she was doing. I was told it would be ready in 20 to 30 minutes my boyfriend goes to pick it up and he waits so long I have to call again!!! It took a whole hour and 20 minutes before the food was ready and I only ordered wings, fries and spinach dip worst service ever We wont not be back! Did not even comp us for anything smh they wouldnt even get one star if it was possible to not give.

As B-Dubs continue tho change, its good to see customer service still exist. Server Crystal was the best and got everything correct on a 10-12 person party without any mistakes and did it with a smile non-stop. Mind you, we were at a fantasy draft so we were there for 2-3 hours. Food orders were quick and food was nice and hot. I took a hiatus from bdubs but its things like this that brings me back.

While I love BWW and never had difficult time at any other locations, I cannot say the same for this one. Online and phone orders are always prepared late and when I say late, I mean by 30 minutes or even longer. I understand business gets busy but that should reflect the online ordering system and allow it to be more accurate.

I eat here quite often, and the service is generally very polite, and food orders well executed. Today I had an opposite day experience. Order was incorrect, and carry out girl was acting like a spoiled brat. Management more than made up for their errors, and I will return again in the near future.

Great service!! Only complaint Ive had was when one waitress would not go back to the kitchen and ask if she could get me some "wings in mac n cheese". Customers are always right! Haha but seriously if I cant get wings in mac n cheese from Buffalo Wild Wings I can go somewhere else to get my wings...

Went to order a tall draft and presented my retired military ID and the bar staff/server rejected it and told me she wouldnt take it because it was not a "real" military ID. So I presented my alternate ID which was fine. The staff needs to be educated on what are acceptable forms of identification.

I dont know if it was the fact that our server was about 15 or the fact that she just plain didnt care but the service was horrendous! Slow and unattentive. My chicken was overcooked. The price was steep for what we got. The only thing good about the whole experience were the frys.

Went there a few months ago, had horrible service.. thought we would try it again last night, still terrible. I asked for "light sauce" and literally got a drop of source on all 6 wings. Waitress, manager, greeting service were all bad.

Sauces they use are great the food is decent but the prices are ridiculous, and they started charging for celery/carrots and ranch/blue cheese. I wont be going back until my bill is lower than 20 dollars for a single meal

My company is location close to the 23 mile & Gratiot, BWW, DONT GO HERE THEY GET EVERY ORDER WRONG!!! THIS IS A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE WHERE THE MANAGERS TALK RUDE TO THE CUSTOMER- SHORTED ME FOR THE LAST TIME.

The food is good. The atmosphere is laid back. I like that the bar area and the family dining area have a separation in between them. Every time I go there the service is great. Its also in a good location.

We were there on Sunday night at 7 didnt leave till 845. Slowest service and messed up orders. Tried to use a gift card. Was told I couldnt because manager forgot a key to input it in system. Aggggg

The staff is pleasant enough but know next to nothing about beer and few care about the sports playing. The food is fast and okay. Bartenders are very friendly and dont rush you or pressure you.
