Order online at 6:30 for carry out to be picked up at 7. Waited 25 minutes at the resturaunt and finally got up and asked where my food was. Cass went into the back and brought up another carry out order for another lady. FYI there were 4 people that came in after me and left with their carry outs. After me asking again, Cass managed to bring my food. After just touching the food it was all cold and seemed like it was just sitting back there. She then said she could do nothing about the wait. Very bad customer service. Slade the manager was very prompt, professional and kind when it came to his attention. Remaking the food and was very apologetic. Thank you Slade for resolving the issue so promptly and for demonstrating that Cass lack of costumer service is not the norm there.

Ok so I showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to closing. The hostess said I could sit wherever I wanted to. One of the waitresses glared at me as if oh dang I have to do my job and serve this guy. So I turned around and started walking out, she was busy talking to the bus boy and looked at me and shrugged her shoulders and said something (I wish I would have heard what she said) I will never go to this place again. You could not pay me to go to this place. Um if the hours are until 1 am and your employees get upset because you walk in at 11:45, I suggest either change your hours or hire new employees who would be happy to have a job. Just moved here too, I guess welcome to Pickerington huh. I so miss Korea where the service was awesome.

Held my fantasy draft at this location on 8-15-15. Based on prior reviews, my expectations were low, but I ended-up being pleasantly surprised. The staff really went out of our way to make us feel welcome and help the draft go smoothly. They had set-up all the tables and chairs in advance, provided extension cords and surge protectors, and anything else we needed. The fantasy draft kit was ready and waiting on the table when I got there and one of their people, Stu, was always close at hand if we needed anything. The owners in my league and I were all very satisfied by the service we received during our fantasy draft this year.

Recently went for the 1st time ever and I am not disappointed. We had a large party on the patio and although we were a rambunctious/chaotic group our service was nothing short of awesome. The food was delicious and timely. Our waiter (sweet ass stash guy) was on top of everything. There was an unfortunate accident with the cake that management brought to our attention. They obtained a replacement cake in about a half hour and proceeded to go above and beyond to make it right. Although its a bit of a drive for us we will definitely be back because of the customer service!

We were a party of 12, around 6 pm last night (Saturday), 10 of our party received their food, except my daughter and I , we were told that it would be out right away, everyone was done and their food boxed up before we got our food, WE ORDERED CHICKEN WINGS, I was very disappointed that nothing was removed from our bill, and will be calling the store today.....I think the server was embarrassed to go to her boss and tell them she forgot to put in our order as I am quite sure the manager would of made it right.

Dont know how the food is, after waiting forever for an overpriced beer it took so long for the toothless waitress to ask me if I wanted any food that it allowed me to come to my senses, and decide to just walk back to my room and drink there and order a pizza instead but I assume theyre the same nominal quality overpriced wings they serve at all their other chains.

We have been to this place twice now, the first they were so busy, and they messed everything up. However the Manager came over on his own to right the situation, and then paid for our meal. We gave then another try however, and it wasnt any better. They still took a long time, messed up SEVERAL aspects of our order, and the staff was very unapologetic both times.

Food is always good. Getting it to your table is always slow. But hey, regulars to b-dubs just understand that and expect it. It just takes a while to prepare. When it does arrive I never get the impression it has been sitting around. Bonus points for this location because the booths are equipped with power outlets which include USB power.

So the manager went on vaction when we had a grad party and customers took our tables and tried to eat out cake then they charged is 2.50 per glass when it was 2 for 1 pitcher the people there were jerks and it wasnt that good since we didnt get inside tables my grandma got heat stroke like u stupid or somthin would rate 0 stars

I come here frequently to watch games and to gather with friends. Even when the place is slammed with people, the waitstaff is attentive, and I have never went thirsty. Theres an awesome 3 season room that gets opened up in good weather, and plenty of high quality tvs.

Service is good, Good atmosphere.... Food is OK at best, prices are fair for food though.... Dont come here looking for a beer special, prices are high even on specials. I will say though that if you want a fun place to watch the game and play trivia its great.

Came here on a Wednesday evening so not too busy. Greeted on arrival an seated very quickly. Server very friendly. Order taken and food arrived in a timely fashion. Thoroughly satisfied with food. Will definitely be coming back.

Super clean. Beer was cold. Food was hot and came out correct the first time. Didnt take too long, which is always nice. Server was friendly, prompt, and not hovering. Wish we were local. It beats ours by a LONG shot.

It was very clean and i was greeted as soon as i walked in the door. My waiter took forever because he had a party of 10 but i was patient a lil bit lol but i took my food to go. Very clean place and awesome atmosphere
