Horrible customer service. If your sign says you close at 10 then why at 930 pm are they making every excuse in the book to not service. If you wanna close youre business at 930 then change the sign. Its a shame how these inner city businesses operate. I nor my family will be back.

The chicken shack is one of my favorite fried chicken places. This specific franchise location is locked up tight like a jail with inch thick glass surrounding the entire service area. It makes for a bad eating environment. Dont bother eating in.
