BE CAREFUL!!! I am a Canadian who was in clear water before embarking on a cruise. When the meal was finished (not even going to start on the terrible service) and I went to pay with my credit card the little tablet pad thing went back to the beginning when I was done processing payment. I called my server over, said I paid and it was approved but now it was showing my receipt again. He looked at me like I was lying, but then said "oh...this happened at another table of mine, sorry." I said "No problem, I just dont want to pay twice, obviously." We left and I went on my cruise unaware until today when I was looking over my bank statement that they CHARGED ME FOR THE $80 MEAL TWICE!!!!!!!! I am livid but I do not have a receipt and its been 20 days so I highly doubt this sham of a restaurant would do anything. SO JUST BE CAREFUL WITH THOSE LITTLE TOUCH SCREEN MACHINES!!! Make your server do it for you.... Or pay twice. #robbed.

Hostesses/Hosters are seemingly flustered 90% of the time with the amount of people. Could probably use someone more experienced up front. And to say 20 minutes and then be waiting an hour and fifteen minutes in the cold was definitely an experience. The waiting area inside is too small to accommodate people during dinner time. Food is your standard chain Italian food, but its good. For some reason Frank Sinatra makes an appearance in 40% of their songs played for ambiance and Perry Como in another 40% and 20% unknown. Waiters stretched impossibly thin and its not their fault; that many tables with entitled people can slow service down ("There wasnt enough cheese, I want my money back!" cried a woman who had already eaten her entire meal).

Young hostess in her 20s had an attitude right when I walked up to get seated. I said hi two times and no response, initially, and then got seated. Went from bad to worse. Ordered a beverage. Didnt get it. Then an iced tea showed up which wasnt the beverage I ordered. Waitress was terrible. When my sons pasta dish got to him, it was cold. Then I was charged $2.89 for the iced tea I never ordered so I had to get that taken off the bill. Wished we never went to lunch at Olive Garden in Clearwater. My family and I were so disappointed with the entire experience and then a $45 bill for a meal none of us enjoyed. Next time well be going to Carrabbas Italian Grill on Gulf-to-Bay in Clearwater for Italian food.

My wife and I went to Olive Garden last night for dinner and all I can say was that the waitress completely ruined our dinner and evening. The waitress was more worried about who was eating salad than she was about refilling our drinks (which she never asked once). She charged us for an extra salad since my wife had only ordered appetizers, I had unlimited salad with my dinner. So, my wife had shared the salad from the same unlimited bowl of salad that I had and we paid an extra $3.99 for that. The poor attitude and lack of personal skills of the waitress has cost Olive Garden two customers, we will never go back there again and I will be contacting the manager of the Clearwater location.

I havent been to Olive garden in a few years. I only recently went back because I heard that they have improved all their restaurants throughout the country. My food was delicious, although my family and I were disgusted by our waitress rude behavior. I was so distraught I complained to corporate and Olive garden quickly responded with a couple gift cards to compensate for their employee behavior. A lot of restaurants the manager mingles with their guests to ensure service is top notch. If on that night in question, had management intervened I probably would plan to go back. As it is, with two gifts cards standing by, I still doubt I will go back anytime soon...

Horrible!! We went to this Olive Garden and the waiter would not let us order from the kids menu for our 11 year old daughter. He told us the managers policy was not to allow anyone over 10 years old to order from it and he would get in trouble. Our daughter was embarrassed and upset. We ended up ordering her a plate of macaroni and cheese for $9.50 because the other menu items were too sophisticated for her palate. The money they earned by charging us so much for mac and cheese should be considered a loss because we will NEVER patronize their restaurant again. I checked their website and there are no age restrictions on the kids menu posted there.

This is my first and last visit to here. I truck driver and I was in a lot of same franchise location over the country. This is worst. When you come in to restaurant same level like this you expected quality food, but sirloin steake was made from old frozen beef. Garlic breadsticks was also not like usually. Beer and cocktail was good, soup also, but server dont ask about refill. And finally you cant reserved table for you celebration... WTF??? I trying, was decline... Hey come on its not Denis... Franchise holder must make inspection.

It isnt authentic Italian...nobody expected authentic Italian from The Olive Garden. People expect a streamlined portion-abusing casual restaurant where dishes use marinara sauce, a lot of olive oil, and a lot of cheese and garlic. Thats what I expect from the Olive Garden because thats what they do, and its always satisfactory. This goes for most Olive Garden locations. Its a chain restaurant for families on a budget, people. Give them some slack.

The entire staff is so friendly, they greet you when you walk in and as you leave. I just had dinner there tonight with my family, and our waiter Dustin was awesome, he exemplified excellent customer service! He should get some kind of kudos for his customer service and work ethic, also very kind and polite. I would definitely come back to this Olive Garden location. Thank you so much for the exemplary customer service and awesome food!

Service is good if you dont need refills or want a to go container. The only way the service could get better is if I sat my self. Then there would be no reason for the server, who only took the original order and never came back. This was not the first time I had bad service at this Olive garden. thought I would give them a second chance. My mistake. The food was good. But the service is lousy. Next time I am going to go to Carrabbas.
