Starbucks employee does not believe in earth friendly company values nor customer service. - read on Went to order some food (though not required) and also picked some used coffee grounds at 7:30 pm on Thursday 4/2/15 at the Brice rd store in Reynoldsburg, OH. Talked to the drive-thru attendant there at the time. She said she would check but they hadnt any coffee grounds at the time. I asked for some specifics: She said they hadnt made any coffee since the morning because it was rather hot out (50 degrees and very rainy) and its been all cold coffees. Finally, I pressed for when is the best time to stop by the store & pickup some grounds. She said she had no idea. I stopped by a different store who I bought food from (though not required) and also left a generous tip. I didnt bother to ask the attendants name because she is a pathological liar and would have simply made up her name as well.

Always a great staff. The people here have such great attitudes and character all day. I have never seen a group of employees be so nice toward customers. I always enjoy going here because of the friendly atmosphere. The line can get long both in the store and at the drive through during the morning and lunch hustle. They usually work very fast at getting the orders done quickly.

First time ordering with app. Terrible mistake. I ordered 4 items, 3 were not available, yet the order went through. Went to pick up, only the one item was there with no comments from the staff. Terrible C/S. As a follow up with this review, I called to find out what happened with the order and they compensated me for my troubles and explained the problem.

I never have a bad experience at this store. Alex is so nice, the other men are super friendly. The girls are s bit quiet but my blonde chic is always so sweet and caring cuz I work night shift at a hospital here. It can be unprofessional at times but my drinks stay on point. They helped me try new things there. Carmel Robbin is amazing

menu items are your standard fare from any Starbucks. Space is a bit small. Staff members are pleasant enough. First visit was smooth, second visit not so much - I waited 16 minutes and order wasnt filled yet, had to leave without. If in a hurry, try drive though

The staff is friendly and bothers to say hi to customers they recognize. I have never had my order wrong (except for that one time I didnt specify something), which is really important to someone with lactose intolerance! Not to mention...24 hours!

The barista is always knowledgeable and everyone is very nice. If you ask for reccomendatio s the cam give you one easily, even if you ask what to get a fussy smaller child. They always put a smile on my face and i just think theyre great!
